I am in Rio soon and throught I may give BA85 a try for the first time. Which is the best floor to try? I recall reading comments about avoiding particular floors with the 4th floor being the best? Any advice gratefully received. Obrigado!
Buenos Aires 85 is not for the squeamish that worry about hygiene.

If I dare to go there, I bring my trusted fitted single bed sheet, towels and Havaianas to avoid stepping on the floor and the shower.

You can see some floor are a bit cleaner, cooler and more expensive. They are slightly better. I think the very lowest floor is one.

Contact me, I might show you around. Unfortunately will be out of town for a few days.

The average gringo will love the massage parlors in Tijuca or in Centro (Rio Branco 156 and 185 at the right apartment numbers, and casa19) , but be grossed out in the trash places. The trash gives CBJ, the massage gives BBBJ.

Juliana at casa 19 is a godess and better than any R$ 400 girl at a termas. Clean environment, too.

Juliana is cute and sexy and nice. But is she the level of complete devour-you safadinha that I have found at MC and 65 lately, no. Is she as hot and nasty as some hot and nasty former MC girls who have been visiting me lately, no. Sure it's like R$100 vs. R$400 for the hour, and she's certainly not "4 times worse". I'd say she's on average as good as the average terma chick for 1/4 the price. But you don't get the hanging out in the boate, touching, watching her dance, etc. YMMV.
Let's not get carried away LOL. Juliana is cute and sexy and nice.
Juliana is one of the few GP's I repeated with on my last trip. She's very cute. Safada but not extremely safada. I guess her assets is her cuteness and her titties. Well invested R$50.
Just a quick question. I'm thinking about going down sometime in first quarter 2012. In you alls opinion which termas are showcasing the best lineup of bubble asses? I like the morenasfirst with those BIG PHAT (not fat) BUBBLE BUTTS. In previous trips I think Monte Carlo had the best selection followed by 4x4. What's the order now? Any help. Is appreciated. Thanks.
On any given night you can find big, round, brown bunda at joints all over town. It's Brazil remember? Land of the phat butt POPOZUDA! Over the years, I have found the place with the most consistent display of big booty on duty to be 4x4. You can even find white girls in there with some serious "phat back" on for supper. Monte Carlo has produced some pleasant big booty memories for me also. But hell, like I say, you can find big phat boo boo (_I_) all over town, and in multiple colors too!

-Cartman
Interesting how people have different preferences. I usually get turned off by totally "devassa" super safada girls. A certain amount of "decent" next door girl shyness is a plus for me.

But yes, free-lancers in Rio are quite dangerous. Free lancers look like a good idea, but somehow have attracted lazy and criminally minded women who prey on stupid tourists. Balcony girls invite trouble. I am not saying you can not find gems there, but they tend to be expensive and potential trouble makers.
I too have been browsing escort sites in preparation for my upcoming visit in December. This site is for independents and many of the girls here also advertise on other indy sites like hotside and barravips. For example, Liris on gostosuras advertises as July on barravips and Lilit on riosexsite. I doubt that these indy websites differ much, at least in the way that you mean. Rather it depends on the girl that you call (directly). You might increase your chances of success by searching for the girl's phone number in gpguia. Net. You might find some useful review info on her.
It would be good if you posted links to prove your point. But, I did a look at gpguia and stand corrected.

A litte older, full time pros that advertise in a bunch of web site under different names and cost a bit more. Absolutely not my type, even if often they are quite pretty. But certainly, some people like them

The above report includes a video with the delagada in charge of the operation. Balcony it is. It claims that the operation was first a result of residents complaining the mentions tourists. I suspect residents with some influence (properties right next to Balcony are not inexpensive) are applying pressure.

-Cartman
Looks are in the eye of the beholder, I think Juliana is one the most attractive girls with the best service of any in Rio at the moment, that is any place any price. She insisted that I blow in her mouth and was very dissapointed I could not get 2 shots off. At R$100 for the hour, it is just stupidly priced.

BTW, now that the cat is out of the bag with her I must give Kudos to Snr Sperto for giving me the heads up on Juliana and 2 other girls (That I will not name) that were friggin mind blowing. One I actually dated on and off for the last 6 months. Sperto is my HERO!
So on your next trip around Christmas please be sure to PM me your top 5 priv chcis, I need another g / f! Hahahaha
You'll get my top 5 list in March.

i never took a soul out of helpee during its heyday. the women there were just plain and simply unstable, imho. fast forward to today and the balcony leftover gdp's. i don't care what they look like, these gdp's are independent for a reason, none of them good. otherwise they would be working at a casa or a terma making top $$$. their independance is a licence to screw you over; that is what always concerns me, heck, they all have an angle they are working 100% of it in their favor.

don't get me wrong, there are a few gems amongs these coal fields that could be found, but since my time is limited, i just sit back while there and listen to their schemes as i pretend not to understand what they are saying. for the most part, be careful and use inside information if you wish to take one of these gdp's out for a spin. for me, it is a break in case of emergency only, but in rio, is there really such a thing? way too many nice girls to be messing with these independent barracudas!

But certainly, some people like them
Hey BS, give me a break. I wasn't trying to "prove" anything. I just wanted to offer an opinion in an area where I have some meager experience. But thanks for the mea culpa, even though I'm not sure which of your posts you are standing corrected for. I just wish you wouldn't make it sound as if I contributed to your mistake, whatever it was. And as long as we are on the subject of mistakes, your "a little older" and "cost a bit more" comments above are debatable. Although I prefer girls in their 20's, the indy / freelancer websites in question are loaded with 18 & 19 year olds, some (such as 19 year old Sabrina in your first link above) of whom are well reviewed on gpguia. And with tier 1 termas reportedly charging R$300 (out the door) for 40 minutes, R$250 for an hour isn't sounding quite so outrageous anymore.

What Does the Video Say about the GDPs?
In writing, it says that of about 80 GDPs. 7 were arrested for either possession of a controlled substance or because they didn't have identification. Due to the quality of reporting, it's not possible to know what substance, if anything, these 7 were carrying. The video is similar, but full of sensationalism.

I think the only conclusions that can be drawn are that there are about 80 GDPs to choose from at Balcony (although many, including myself, have strong opinions about quality) and one should should exercise sufficient caution when engaging them.
