There was no chance I was using anything in the kitchen other than the fridge. The girls made instant noodles. I didn't want to touch the pots. There was also a film of grease on the kitchen cabinets.
Never stayed in one of the apartments again. On the contrary, the upkeep in the rooms seem much higher than the Lux apartments.

My cash burn for the hotel was too high but I wanted no bother.
Another tidbit: A cute, able, disciplined, work-oriented female student with medium English skills earns 140 US $ per month for working 8 h a day 31 days per month from 16:00 to 24:00 in a restaurant. As the rich world pours money into autonomous driving and service robots, there is a world of poorly educated human talent out there, that does not get the time to study right. Instead poorly schooled human labor is wasted in troves as it is so dirt cheap. The (restaurant) bosses do not even bother to learn the names of their staff. Dark ages stuff. Applies to some but not all venues. Just as in the rich world, most students are proud not to work in the red light district. And some take the plunge. Each time I've been in Cambodia (I've done PP, Siem Riep and Kampot so far), I had the feeling that Cambodians were much better at speaking English than Thais, especially in the Hotels.
Ngon is great. Romdeng is great, Cheer Sports bar at 136 Street / Mekong river is great. Malis: Avoid. Really too expensive. Malis is the place you go to when your boss or your company or your mother in law pay. I developed the distinct feeling of getting ripped off for nothing. For the price level, the food is not served hot enough. We are talking NYC investment banker prices, easily 50 US $ per person. Try the tuk tuk drivers on 136 street bringing barbecued stuff and fresh fruits. Inexpensive. Tasty. I am somewhat of a Spartan outlier, as I do not drink alcohol but enjoy sex to the max. As opposed to the Spartans, I stick to females, though. Ever wondered where the word Greek comes from. I lost quite a few pounds in the past weeks, even though I arrived slender. Feels good though, this lightness of food and being.

Pattaya is a little boring during the day. I always start in Thailand and end in Angeles City and add a 3rd country always to my trip. Last trip was Tokyo, but that was more site seeing. I have always been intrigued by Cambodia, but thankfully ISG has changed my mind with the price quotes. My buddy recommended Jakarta, so maybe I'll go there instead. Thanks for the advice. Saved me on visa and flight charges as well. Maybe one day I'll swing through PP, but only if I make the move and to live in Asia in a couple of years.

Variety is king. If you have been a few times to Pattaya, give PP a chance. It will not be cheaper, but different.

Stayed at the Golden Butterfly right near the bar district. Decent hotel for the price but no lift and was stuck on the top floor also too many PRC's there but the whole town was overrun with them and was paranoid with the cornovirus going around. When I returned around 2 am there was no one in the lobby but pretty sure its guest friendly a guy I met was staying at the hotel next door and said it was good. Same price had a pool and lift. He had no issue bringing guest.
I tired the UK massage place right down the street from the golden buttery fly. Theres another one on the ither side of oub street near Amok restaurant. My experience was a $19 disappointment both on the massage and lackluster ending by an ugo.
Had my tuk tuk driver take me to a KTV a bit past the museum a few lookers but 4. 50 beers and little customers with girls not really wanting to budge on their in the cloud prices we bounced. I would skip.
Went to x bar around 12 was pretty good mostly a lot of young westerner backpacker types a lot of hot ines with a few FL I could see. If I was there for more than one night I would pursue the backpackers but had to stay on mission. There was one real hottie but she wasn't getting any bites and from my experience would be a disappointment. My friend took an innocent looking thing and said he had a good time. I wasn't really seeing anything I liked was going to go home empty handed there was one with a good body had a bit of an Afro which was odd for an cambo. I sae her face and wasn't really feeling it but after a few more beers and watching her really work it on the dance floor I figured would be my best bet. $50 LT and this little jungle **** was beast and after a few hours had to ask her to leave as I had temples to see in a few hours. Tried a+ but was to big for her but she loved a few fingers up there while a fucked her hard.
When I left x bar around 2 even more girls showed up and there was a few with Chinese silk dresses that I would of loved to take had I not already chosen this one and was limited on time.
My summary x -bar is the place for good quality girls and fun.
Skip the KTV you need a tuk tuk to get there drinks are costly and girls nothing special especially at prices they were asking.

Took one for the team and decided to check out Masa early this afternoon. On 252 street a stones throw from 63. Sorta reminded me of going into a pet store and seeing all the puppy eye dogs behind glass wanting you to take them home. A bit sad in my opinion.
There was about 15 or more girls definitely some cute ones, picked number 7 as she had a Japanese look. The rooms were definitely seedy & dirty made me give a good scrub when I got back to the hotel. I didn't have great expectations going in and that's what I got although she had nice firm tits something I have to been impressed with the Cambodian chicks. The visit fulfilled its purpose but definitely not a memorable one and would not repeat but would recommend to at least check it out for some daytime relief as there are some lookers. Better get the digits of a bar girl or whoever and get you to visit you during the day. LOL she quoted me a 100 I laughed, I said 50 although 40 should be more appropriate but my thought I will make a tener back in no time I'm not going to sweat it. She said 80 I said no 50 or I go bye bye after few backs and Forth she agreed. She was sweet but I found a gem at Cyrcee which I will most likely have fun with the last few days here.
