Whats Christmas in SD like? Are all the casas and clubs closed? I'm sure New years is a blast. I'm thinking of a two week trip in Dec / jan from SD to PP. From reading the forum it wasnt clear whether Christmas was a down day or not. Thanks!

As it gets closer to the 24th most girls go home from the casas. It is quiet Christmas eve thru the day after. It picks up a little after that. I can't speak about New Year's.

Went to Agua Splash over the weekend with a Novia and her kid. Good time, there were a lot of what look liked unaccompanied or at least no Novio girls. I wish I took my camera, lots of hot girls in bikinis, not too crowded. I feel if I was there with another guy I would have been able to pick up a few numbers or more. There were 2 really hot girls sitting in the jacuzzi and they were sort of putting on a show. Pouring water on each other, one was laying back while the other was pouring water from her hands over the panties of her bikini.

Pure disco has both regular girls and semi pros. If enough gringos frequent the place, I am sure the working girls will follow.

The security trolls for PUTAS despite half are pimping out ccasino girls. ITS NOT GIRL FRIENDLY AS OF 8 HOURS AGO.

I have a friend that works for the Licey Tiger baseball team and he told me that almost all the cheerleaders in the league are Colombian and that many of the models you see at different promotional events throughout the DR are Colombian, I don't know if it is true but most of the girls in these pictures don't look Dominican to me. They are beautiful regardless of their nationality.

Yes the Jaragua security staff can be frustrating, with its great location, the hotel could be mongering central but I don't think the local dominican elite who still have some nostaligic allegiance to the jaragua, wants putas roaming the floors. The new JW will add pressure and some of the biz clients like the baseball scouts and managers will undoubtedly move to the new JW hotel. Occupancy levels could force them to relax their chica policy.

I know most of the security staff and front desk agents, when in DR that is where I stay. I take care of them by buying small gifts for their newborns, and some pesos on other occasions. They usually don't hassle me, save for a newbie here and there.
