Looks like no major car rental company is listing insurance fees on their website ON PURPOSE.
Yeah, book your car very cheap, nobody talks about insurance, "you will get a quote at a counter". Then you arrive and they will add 70-80 buxx per day to your bill.
I literally booked a car to drive from David to Boquete, and then spent a lot of time trying to find out what insurance fees would be. Because I know this scam, many other travellers don't. Finally, after many iterations and talking to customer service they casually mentioned 70-80 $ fees, so I cancelled. It was cheaper to hire a driver from my hotel.

First time in Panama City can you guy's recommend me some brothels, Clubs or Massage locations.
Also any Girl Friendly Hotels.
Would anyone recommend the Ramada by Wyndham Panama Centro for a few nights? Is it a good location for our activities? Would appreciate anyone's input and recs.

So long story short, nothing really of any importance to report on. I stayed at Sortis and its a good deal. If your mongering in Panama I think this is the best bang for buck as it actually had a decent number of girls working the casino located in the hotel. Anywhere from 6-12 girls working at night and they linger around pretty late. Ocean Sun Casino had a lot of very attractive girls, but also a lot more younger guys are also hanging around here. I haven't noticed this in the past. Girls are starting out at 200 $ an hour and surprisingly they were not as quick to accept 100 $ and some even scoffed at me like 100 $ isn't a lot of money any more. One girl even explained to me that the girls have to pay a 25 $ fee to work Ocean Sun, but that also gets them some food and drinks. If I had to guess there were over 25-45 girls in the bar working at anyone time and thr talent level is high, your going to find what you want most likely. Many are quick to offer discounts if you do a threesome with one of their friends, which I did and it was worth the extra money. Most of the girls are Colombian and some are doing the pink nose candy, not that its a big deal or I care, but one of them dropped a bag of it on my hotel floor and I saw it the next morning so just be careful. Also, some of the girls are insisting on using a condom for BJ, so just a heads up. Only happened to me once while I was there, but still a bummer.
Sortis has a 66 $ chica fee, so budget accordingly. Around 8 am to 3 pm, there is a window where there is no security guard and you can sneak girls up with out having to pay the fee. Unfortunately, I did all my partying at Ocean Sun and Sortis and I never made it over to Casco Viejo. But one night, around 4 am, I hired a cab driver to take me to a food joint and he took me to a neighborhood and it just had random chicas on the street cat calling guys, don't know the name of the restaurant or where it was exactly in panama, but the girls were out doing their thing. It really made me regret not making time to check out Casco Viejo and see what was up with it. Panama is certainty a good time, but its getting expensive and its getting harder to justify the travel bull shit you have to go through to get there. Although getting through customs and the panama airport was a breeze.
This is just speculation on my part, but based on how Ocean Sun was much more crowded than previous trips and some research I have been doing, I think because of all the shit going on in Medellin and Sosua, Panama and Costa Rica are starting to pick up again, but its just more girls leaving Colombia to work these locations because guys don't want to deal with the BS in the cities I just mentioned. I have three trips lined up in the next 6 months- Sao Paulo, Punta Cana-SD, and San Jose-Jaco. I will report back on what I find and hopefully the rumors are true and these spots are heating up.

This is not a fast-food drive-thru. Veteran members treat this as a highly calculated, high-risk hobby. If you want answers, you must align your questions with the veteran mindset.
#1. Information Is Hard-Earned Currency: Veterans spend thousands of dollars, risk their legal safety, and dedicate hours to field research to find reliable, safe, and professional providers.
- The Mistake: Asking to be handed everything on a silver platter without doing any legwork.
- The Nuance: Use the search bar first. Show that you have already read the pinned threads and existing field reports before asking the community for assistance. I recommend starting 10 - 20 pages back and Read The Freakin Forum (RTFF).
#2. There Is No Absolute "Best": Experiences in this hobby are highly subjective. "The best" does not exist because every hobbyist operates with different budgets, screening tolerances, and specific preferences.

When I first went to Panama 2 years ago girls were asking for $150-200. $100 may be doable but I wouldn't even try in the casinos anymore just do the $150-200 hour and make it include BBBJ.

It just depends on the night and if the girl likes your vibe and most importantly does she need the money. The girls are taking a big risk flying in and if they aren't getting regular business, They will take 100 $ I am sure. The nights I was there, there was also a lot of dudes and it was more a sellers market so settling at 150 $ and getting good service wasn't a bad deal, especially since the quality of girl was high as well.
I am just really pissed I didn't make it over to Casco Viejo, but that was because my first night was a Vegas style party until the next day. I was bringing new girls in at 10 am and barely got any sleep. Almost same thing next night and then I was just too beat to make it over to Casco after that. It was a good trip though. I just wanted to say if you are ready to spent more than 500 USD to have one chica for an hour (hotel+fee+chica) and you are a Las-Vegas-style party beast, you really shouldn't be pissed because there is nothing really worth checking.
After being out of the game for over 10+ years (and being a senior member and contributing prior), I am planning to return to PTY in November. I RTFF going back to beginning of 2026 and understand that most freelancers are in in the casinos. I didn't see any mention of the old Havana Club cigar bar. Does it still exist, even with a new name and are there any freelancers there? Any other freelancer spots besides the casino? TIA.

I would have really liked to at least pre-game in Casco Viejo and checked it out. But am I losing sleep over skipping Casco Viejo so I can fornicate with beautiful women until the break of dawn? Best freelancer spot will be the casinos. There is alejandros and couple other spots you can go and try to get #s of the girls working and smash after but it isn't worth the headache.
Casco viejo may have some freelancers but not as easy to find as the casinos.
