General Information

I was in Cebu for 8 days between November 7th and 19th, plus 4 days in Cagayan de Oro where I was meeting a girl I met on the web. I don't have anything to report on Cagayan since I was with the net girl almost all the time.

Hotels in Cebu: First I stayed in the Marriot. It was 3300 per night with breakfast. The main advantage here is it's walking distance to Ayala and a short taxi ride to SM, Sunflower Disco and the clubs around Fuente Osmena. There's a good gym but the pool's a little lackluster, like a Motel 6 pool or something. There's no problem here bring back girls at any hour.

The last 3 days I stayed at the Waterfront Lahug. 3100 with breakfast. This is considered the best hotel in town. But there are some disappointments: aircon wasn't working very well, no coffee making facilities, things in the room generally threadbare. Also they make you pay 200 to use the gym. I've rarely had to pay to use a gym anywhere in the world if I was a guest. The pool was very nice. I had no problem bringing girls back, but the time was always before 10 pm. It might be a different story in the wee hours. Maybe somebody else has experience. Location is a little farther from most things. Sunflower Disco is practically next door however. And across the street are a group of restaurants and ordinary bars that look good for meeting non-pros.

In Cebu I was also quite busy with girls from the web. But I still had plenty of time to get out on my own. I got to most of the usual uptown bars: Firehouse, Silver Dollar and all the bars around Black Hole. Every bar I went to had the best selection of girls (for my taste!) of any of my recent trips. There were several girls in each place that had good attitudes and personality plus petite, firm bodies. Bar fines were 600 to 700 and the girl usually got around 1000 for short time or 1500 all night. Some bars like Dimples have a bar fine of 2000 that's supposed to include the girl's fee also. I didn't actually take from there so I didn't see how well this works. Black Hole does have a few attitude queens and girls that only want Asians. But even excluding them there is plenty to choose from.

I think quality was better at this time because the college semester was just starting so girls needed money for class. Also, Christmas being just around the corner is helping. I think it really pays to find out when school is starting and time your visits accordingly.

As usual there's plenty of eye contact from girls in the mall. Unfortunately I was always already accompanied when I was there. Do be careful if you're hitting on salesgirls in SM department store. Security is on the lookout for horndog foreigners. An American friend of mine said they're even using security cameras to catch guys hitting on girls. If you're interested in someone try leaving a business card with your phone number on it.

One last thing: A sunset trip to Tops with a bottle of wine does wonders to loosen up 'nice' girls. Also try walking back from the top down to the main road to catch a ride back to town. This stretch of road, about 1 km or so, is dark and spooky and will have her hanging on your arm.

I found the disco and the nearby bars / restaurants at the very end of my Cebu trip and wish I had found them earlier.

Can you tell us more about your experiences with the women you met online. On a two week holiday I got laid one out of four, but there were a lot of great nonsexual experiences. In three of four cases I was invited to their homes and you may very well end up somewhere interesting. Like you, I was able to find plenty of time for bar hopping in additon to meeting the "nice girls".

Also, are you sure about that TOPS visit? I got the feeling it might be hard to catch a ride from the top.

It's true that getting a ride back from Tops can be tricky. You can ask the taxi that brought you there to wait, but he'll probably negotiate hard. But it's only about 1 km or a little more to walk down to the main road. And it's mostly downhill so not a hard walk. Also since it's dark, animals rustling in the bushes and so on, it gets even a nice girl grabbing on to you and hanging. A nice ice breaker should you want it. Just make sure it's not going to rain.

With the chatting friends you just have to be flexible. Some of them will jump right into bed, others need work, others will refuse to meet you anywhere but a public place with 4 other friends. If you chat often enough with a girl in advance of the visit you can get a feel with how she is. And as I said you can loosen up even conservative girls with nice dinners, going to the beach, going to Tops, etc. And all of these things are quite inexpensively done in Cebu. Also it works out just fine if you're honest about your motives and the fact that you're meeting other girls. Besides being fair to the girls it's never really hindered me in my womanizing.

The third visit to a massage place was the renowned and much discussed Metropolis. Paid only 350P for hour massage (off-peak rate at about 3pm) and chose ok looking 22-yr-old. Paid 500P for covered BJ.

Stayed in Moalboal for 3 nights. Had a wonderful 19-year-old (8/10) I picked up at a beachside bar for ST (1 hour) for only 500P (no bar fines in Moalboal), included uncovered BJ and FS. Great value with GFE touch.

I should add to my last post about getting home from Tops. Once you're down to the main road there are jeepneys that can take you down to where there are taxis. Just don't stay up there too late because the jeepneys may stop by 9 or 10 at night.

Tylenol[/QUOTE]Mars is in the 3rd floor of Hallmark Hotel, which is located near a street corner at Colon (forgot the name of the street but it's very near Gaisano).

Hallmark is very hard to find simply because it does not look like a hotel at all and has a very small sign hanging up. Just go to that corner and look for the sign.

It's safe to say that Hallmark Hotel does not live up to its name.

Say guys, what do you know about Bantayan Island? I am told it has some nice beaches. Is there action there? Are there any nice places to monger by the water?

Yes, an awesome destination. But I doubt very much you'd meet more than an occational coconut falling between your legs. Bring someone from Cebu or other city.

I asked the guard at what time Vikings Sun Club opens and he said 8pm. I was told Black Hole is open from 7:30pm to 3:30am. On the other side of the street one can see Exotica, Papillons, Love City KTV,and Dimples. The girl I barfined that night told me those clubs are similar to Black Hole.

I was the first customer at 7:30pm and during the next hour or two, two or three more came in. Nearly all girls were attractive enough physically. However, they seemed to ignore me.

I talked to a girl named Ginky for quite a while before being asked to buy her a lady’s drink. At that time, I decided to just barfine her for 600P. She told me she sometimes goes to Sunflower with customers. Once barfined, that’s not where she wanted to go with me, she suggested the bars across the street. I saw no benefit in that, so we went to my room at La Florentina, for which I recall paying 550P a night. The guard asked for 100P extra for bringing in a visitor. The house rules state that visitors are not allowed in the room. I have begun to notice that most hotels post stringent policies regarding visitors, but in actual practice, the worst that will happen is that you pay a little extra.

Ginky had seemed nice enough, but once in the room she wanted to leave immediately after a 5 min fuck and some TV watching, for which I handed her 500P. She claimed the standard price for ST is 1500P. It seemed I had given her too much, which made her think I didn’t know what I was doing so she could ask for anything. It’s like giving a tricycle driver 50P for a 30P trip and then he claims it’s 150P.

It seems that nobody except the girl really knows what customers typically pay. However, it seems that they are used to getting about the same amount of money regardless of performance, which encourages the majority to try to give a quick fuck for a quick buck.

p1500 is standard. some want even more. Some girls are more enthusiastic than others ( some are VERY) but you're right that this doesn't really effect the price. The bar fine changes from 1 place to another, but that too doesn't effect the P1500 much.

These are readily available in any pharmacy in the PI without prescription. Mercury Drug is a good one to get any prescribed drug (no prescription required). If you know the drug's name, you can get it. If they don't have it, they can generally get it for you.
