Had 3 rounds of sauna nights at Rio and was never disappointed, including a nigerian girl. I recall one being a bit mechanic, have to say. but iwas the 2nd night in a row and the script is known, so there is not much surprise not only for the girl' fault.
The only "downside", if we can call it that, is the limit of one pop. Not that one plans to do many but if this happens in the first part of the "show", at the soapy, then the time in the dry area is less enjoyable as she will not do much not to have you pop another time.
Unless one can arrange something special on a personal deal.

Rio is also somewhat more expensive than East Spa. I spent about 2,100 HK at East Spa for a package of services, and I spent about 2,600 for a similar package of services at Rio. Part of the price difference is that I picked a "model" at Rio for 2,000 and a "regular" at East Spa for 1,500. I could have also picked a regular at Rio that would have cost 1,500, but I was enchanted with beautiful #865, and it turned out to be worth it.

Although I enjoyed my stay in Macau, I will probably never return. The city is not very interesting with mostly run-down buildings surrounding a dozen flashy highrises housing fancy hotels and neon-flashing casinos. I admit that the Venetian was awesome, but after walking through it and being impressed, that was it. I didn't gamble, preferring to spend my money on pleasure in the saunas. As it turned out, I probably saved a lot of money by mongering instead of gambling.

The other problem is that it's an ordeal to get to Macau. The good part is that you don't have to clear HK customs or immigration when you land at HK airport, you can go right to the ferry, buy your ticket and have them pick up and load your bags onto the ferry. The bad part is that there is almost always an hour and a half wait to catch the ferry, then an hour's ferry ride to Macao, then it takes another half hour to get your bags, go through immigration, get on a shuttle or take a taxi and go to your hotel. That means you have to spend three hours just to get there. The reverse process takes even longer---usually four hours. You have to arrive at HK airport two hours before your flight, it takes an hour on the ferry, a half hour to get to the ferry and another half hour wait to board. That means that you need to spend seven hours of travel time on just a day's trip.

On the return trip, I tried to cut down that time, so I arrived at the Macao ferry terminal at 9:45 am to catch the 10:30 ferry. They saw that my flight was at 12:50 pm, but they refused to sell me a ferry ticket, since they said that the ferry wouldn't arrive until 11:30 am which wasn't two hours before my 12:50pm flight. I told the clerk not to worry that I would still have plenty of time. He still refused to sell me a ticket. I argued with them for five minutes, but they refused to sell me a ferry ticket to the airport. This was definitely a problem, since I had no other way to get to my flight. I was headed back to the US, and I needed to be back the next day, so this was a very stressful situation.

When they couldn't get rid of me, they walked me over to another window and helped me buy a ferry ticket to Hong Kong city and told me to take a cab to the airport once I arrive at the HK ferry terminal. This sounded like a terrible, convoluted idea, but in this situation, I had no choice. To make my flight, everything would have to go just right. I got on a 10:00 am ferry, landed in HK at 11:00 am, got through customs fairly quickly, then jumped in a cab at 11:15 am. The driver told me he could get me to the airport by 11:50 am if traffic wasn't too bad. I was worried about the airline not letting me on the plane if I arrived around noon, since there would only be 50 minutes before flight time. I told the driver to step on it. I wasn't sure I would make it or not, but I was surprised how calmly I was taking all this and how rational I was. I decided there was no point in worrying--either I would make it or I wouldn't. Worrying wouldn't help. As it turned out, the driver let me out at the terminal at 11:55 am, there was no line at the counter, and the airline representative smiled at me, welcomed me and sent me to the gate without any ado.The cab ride cost me 300 HK or about $45 US, but at least I caught my flight.[/QUOTE]

You could have checked in at the airport express in Central and caught the express train to the airport. Would have saved you a bit of time and money and guaranteed you would have been let on the flight as sometimes the security checks for flights to the US can be time consuming.

i thought of that as i landed at the hk ferry terminal, but i was afraid that they might invoke the two-hour rule at the train just as they did at the macau ferry terminal. i didn't want to take any chances, so i just told the taxi to speed to the airport, so i could get right ont he plane.

can anyone advise on the thigh massage some more? i didnt get that service. i had gone in the afternoon and caught the 7pm show as the last thing. i got the shower stall experience then passed on the mini pool, passed on the sauna, and thus went right to the lounge for free drinks and food and optional service of the back rub 20min...+118 to the bill, there was another optional 20min leg massage that i passed. after this it was girl picking and the checkbox piece of paper for the girl of your choosing to perform on you in the bedroom.

just came back from a quick 2 night trip to macau. stayed at the beverly plaza hotel which i chose as it was just behind the grand lisboa and was much more reasonably priced than the lisboa.

the 2 hour rule is exactly why i suggested checking in, in the city as you can easily check in within 2 hours there as it is about a 10 minute taxi ride at best and take your time getting to the airport by express train, but could miss the 2 hour checkin at the airport if you are delayed getting there by taxi.

The experience I had at Rio on thigh massage wass great last year. She was a goddess in that and having booked two sessions (do not know if that helped, but I voluntarily did as the massage was great) she drove me to cum. Being new to the region, I am still exploring. Today I paid a visit to East Spa; here is my report.

Less spa-cious (pardon my pun.) than Familia Nobre, it is somehow more "cozy", in a totally tasteless way.

Once inside, the procedure is the same as in Fam-Nob: you store your stuff in a locker (so, no camera. Damn!), you undress, you shower, you wear a silly outfit constituting of ample fake-silk shorts and a matching kimono-shirt (I felt like in an old Bruce Lee movie, and loved it), then you sit in a lounge, with other clients, where masseuses (apparently, only masseuses), pedicures & manicures take care of those of your needs that can be satisfied in public. You can also order food and drinks (some are "complimentary").

You can then chose the service you desire from a quite articulate menu.

I immediately went for the 60 min with a "Super Model". 1, 588 HKD + 15% tax and. Was told that the super models come only at 16:00 H (it was only 13:00 H). Hmmmm. I had to settle for 60 min with a "normal girl" (1, 388 + 15% tax), as she was described to me. Then, the parade came in: seven asian cuties. I must admit that I am not entirely comfortable with this procedure:

1. I feel embarrassed (I, know, I am an idiot), both to the girls and to the other patrons;

2. I do not like to chose too quickly.

Anyway, I ended up selecting a girl that looked to me like the tipical pretty Chinese (her "serial no. " is 9630; she told me her name but it was too difficult to remember).

Her ratings:

Face: 7+ (nice smile, lovely hair);

Body: 7- (nice, firm, well proportioned but, alas, NO ASS. Having spent the last few years in the Middle East and being Italian, it is hard to get used to this tragic flaw in an otherwise extraordinary geographical area);
