Can anyone give me tips for bars and clubs throughout the city? I am especially interested in the higher-end ladies.

I will have my own car and driver and budgeting around USD 1000 for socialising each day.

At time the bars and clubs are teaming with girls but come sunrise they're all gone.

Its clear that Minsk is not sex tourist friendly. But the Belarus militia wrongly think it is. There are reports of militia raids and arresting working women and their clients. The militia cannot keep their dirty noses out of people's bedrooms. Theres reports of police blackmailing working women for free sex. It is the Police that are corrupt, not the working women. In countries where prostitution is legal the women are safer and healthier. FACT. In Belarus many working women are attacked and they cannot complain. FACT. When made legal in New Zealand women were safer and there was actually a decrease of working women. Belarus wants to control peoples minds AND now it wants to control the bedroom. Corrupt Perverts.

They are both almost zero posts and probably corrupt police or Minsk taxi drivers. 2 Minsk taxi drivers were recently caught robbing a high end escort. I have cancelled plans to visit again. Minsk police are there own worst enemy. It's just difficult to difficult to know who to trust in a Police state. Cheers Nickc.

So, I do not think he will last here. I mean how can you trust a guy who cannot follow simple rules & respect this forum? Zurich Banker cannot be trusted too. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Minsk. I was a reluctant traveller. I was torn between Kiev (well known with established contacts) vs Minsk (first time). A friend and I talked ourselves into going. I went with low expectations with a back up plan to bail and go to Kiev if I stuck out after a day or two. Glad I went.

General notes. Food is fantastic. City centre is charming. Clubs and bars are cool. Music and vibe is good. Loads of beautiful women, students and professionals in their twenties. Hotels are nice. (Hotel Minsk 3 star, $90/ day X1 , Hotel Europe is 4 star at $150 a night and Double tree for rest of the time (DT is $300 plus a night for a river view suite and but one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in Europe both for decor and service). All hotels are girl friendly. No questions before 11 PM. Passport and registration is required after 11 PM. They are very strict about this.

Generally people are OK and I found Kiev to be more warm and bit more friendly but the difference is not striking.

I saw 9 women in 5 days with 4 repeats. They range from 7-9 in quality. All spoke english but that is a selection bias. I speak zero Russian so I had no chance with non Russian women. None are full time working women. They are students or office workers. Age range is 19-26.

Interestingly, All did DFK and all except one allowed DATY. I don't do DATY on pure pros. All did BBBJ except one who said no BJ but she claimed to be non working and I had already invested in two high end dinners and drinks so I endured it.

I had a foursome the last night with a view of the whole city from the 20th floor of my hotel. Hard to beat that.
