Sorry to disappoint your psycho-babble Centaurus but I have never stepped foot in Tulip. To be honest I was just having fun with words. No harm, no foul. The only one who took any real exception to my post has a complex about one of the employees.

Interesting discussion about the girls at Tulip, and what they have to put up with, in order to keep their jobs.

I have always thought it was odd, that girls from MPs, Gogos, (not the superstars), but the run of the mill girls, who are the girls on the side, pushing for drinks, trying very hard to get BF’d, those who do not make a lot of money, are so worried about getting sick, taking a day off, due to the fine they have to pay, should they not show up for work for a day or two or three.

MPs and Gogos are everywhere. Why are they so worried, why don’t they just move to the next place, why do they scramble to pay the fine, in order to stay working where they are?

Obviously, girls like Yok etal, who are very famous, find themselves in a difficult position, knowing if they were to go to a new MP, even though they could call many regulars, it would take a while for word to get out as to where they are now working. But how about the girls who get 1 customer per day, or 4 -5 customers per week? How about the Gogo girls who barely meet their quota?

Furthermore, does anyone know if the Yoks of BKK can work their way around the fine for tardiness, sickness etc, due to their super star status, and the amount of money they generate for the owner?

Why not just move on, instead of paying a fine for being sick for 3 days? If these girls are barely making it, surely it makes sense to not be straddled with a hefty fine, just for the pleasure of working there. I know they have their friends there, etc, but is that enough of a reason to stay?

I genuinly don't think so. Girls like YOK are so in demand that it does not MAtter which shop she works at, as long as she offers Tulip service (unlimited shots & Anal) she will be booked out for the whole day.

In fact, I would go as far as to say that YOK could be even more Popular in a place like Angel 24. The Japanese would queue to be with her and I am sure a lot of these guys would take her on holidays to Singapore or Hong Kong for weeks (which is what happends with the popular Kristin).

And that's why I don't believe this salary cut story for sick leave in Tulips. Tulip needs Yok more than Yok needs Tulips.

Saeng knows that. Saeng was working in Barons before, and took the best girls out there to Tulips. I am quite sure that the superstars at Tulips will be treated well, and the management will not cut THB 3,000 for a sick leave day at all. The management will be happy for each day Yok works.

Sorry you are just out of touch and guessing. 3000K fine for missing per day outside normal day off), even for sick day, is well known by experienced Tulip goers who talk to the girls in detail. Girl can get sick leave, no fine, under special circumstances, such as whole week away sick. Tulip is a business with tough rules.
