Heading to Cartagena in a couple of weeks. Seems LDV is a must at least once, but I'm still not clear on where it is located. I was under the understanding it was located in el Laguito (by the Hilton, Hotel Caribe, etc.) but I read somewhere else that it has moved. Anyone that been there recently can confirm the location?

Also, I have not seen many mention Pley Club recently; is it still a good place to visit as an alternative to the street game?

For Pley Club take my advice and don't go. It's outside of the old city and in Cartagena itself. There's more than enough pussy in the old city and Bocagrande. Zero reason to enter Cartagena unless you know what you're doing. And Pley Club isn't cheaper by any means. What locals do is agree to set up "security" for you to go to Pley Club or La Isla (not sure if its still around). You pay through the nose for the "security. " The short of it is, don't bother. Those same chicas working Pley Club can be gotten in Playa Hollywood when they come out during the day.

The funny thing is one chica I bang regularly totally bareback and raw always offers to take me to Pley Club with "security. " It always makes me LOL.

First time to Cartagena and I'm doing my research. Normally the clock tower would be my first and only stop. I don't like the expensive clubs never have but after my many trips to Sao Paulo I am now into upscale brothels were you are given a choice of several girls and the rooms have a shower and bed. Can any member recommend a place like this near the city center. PM me if you like.

Reading through the Cartagena thread, I was wondering if I could have had better time in Cartagena if I would have picked Cartagena instead of Panama City recently. Don't get me wrong, I have been to Panama City a few times, and always enjoyed my time there from high price hot Habano chicas to the lower end young Bocateranea nextdoor type and everything in between. I have also been to Bogota and Medellin a few times each. I don't know why I never paid much attention to Cartagena. It looks to me Cartagena is a perfect mongering destination packed with tourist attractions like historic downtown and beaches.

From what I read Cartagena is filled with Colombianas from all parts of Colombia accompanied by the recent arrival of Venezolanas, same as Panama City. Working girls I met in Medellin and Bogota always told me they went to Cartagena for a vacation, I guess a working vacation. It is easy in Panama, Bogota or Medellin to find working chicas, it is even effortless in Cargagena it seems, they come to you. Prices is probably another advantage for TLD in Cartagena. It's $250-350 in Panama City even with girls I met at the low price joints. I read here 400 K is the going rate in Cartagena. Operating at lower cost in their home turf, these Colombianas are willing to settle for less I guess. And the Venezolanas will have to compete with what the Colombianas.

Never been to Dominican Republic either, but Catagena seems like a good destination and on top of my list.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]There aren't any upscale brothels that I know of. The scene is nothing like Sao Paolo. In fact there are no brothels in any of the tourist areas. If you're going to stay in the "city center" then hopefully you know how to stay safe.

Palmetto Eliptic allows visitors for 20 k with no problems. Nice building.

My own thoughts is to not do it. Lots and lots of chicas in Cartagena from Medellin. Just my opinion.

I've stayed at the Eliptic. They did have a few roaches (not many). It's a bit of an older building.

Once I had a girl for "toda la noche" (since perhaps 9 pm until we woke up the next day). It cost me like Cop $ 600.000. So I believe that between Cop $ 700.000 to 1 million could be reasonable.

I was shooting Storyland EDM festival in Santa Marta a few weeks ago and flew a stunner in. 4 days 3 nights at killer ocean view place in Taganga. Super open minded and wanting to learn 21 year old. Got you! All in all I do not think I will do that. Anyway, don't advise bringing sand to the beach and all that. It never quite worked out for me.

And first off, thank you all for all this valuable info. Have been lurking for a little bit and gathered as much as I could. Me and a friend will be in Cartagena 2/6-2/10. It will be both our first time and we actually don't speak Spanish. I have been to Sosua multiple times and know most of the do's and don't's. My friend actually booked the trip before me and is staying at the allure chocolate and since it was fully booked, I booked an airbnb close by. Read about the various spots, particular times to visit, and utilizing tinder. I was trying to find, but can't seem to locate. I read that we should stay within "the walls". Where exactly is the outline for the walls? LOL. I'm actually staying in an airbnb about 5 minutes away from allure and away from the clock tower. Practically from Allure and crossing the "bridge?" to the opposite side. Trying to figure out where not to wander off to. Any other advice or info would be appreciated on excursions, touristy locations to see, etc. My intention is 30% tourist and 70% mongering.
