2. more importantly, if point 1 is not possible, can anyone share the contact of any WG (MP or indie or SP) who has already been infected and recovered from covid?

If you think about it though, any WG who has been operating since June / July (when lockdown was opened) almost certainly would have been infected and recovered from covid till now given that 10% of the people have covid in Delhi NCR.

Any doctor / statistician's thoughts would be appreciated!

At least 30-40 percent people in Delhi have had covid and almost everybody living in crowded places.

It's taking 3-4 days if you want to get tested through the government. So, people who have some symptoms are only getting tested.

And sooner or later everyone will have it but most of them won't know about it.

Yesterday I saw a patient who is very sick from 5-6 days, came from some place in UP, in his family no one has any symptoms. And he has been at home with his family all this time.

Reinfection is not generally seen so once infected has no need to worry. And he doesn't become a carrier.
