And it is not, as your link makes the case that, historically, the Nasdaq performance differs significantly from what was happening in the S&P 500, the DOW and I would certainly add the Wilshire 5000. By the end of the year, all three of those superior measures for the broad USA stock market are often fairly close to each other. But the Nasdaq can often be on another planet relative to those others, up or down.

By the way, below is the report and results of that bet Buffett made. It was a wipe out in favor of Buffett's prediction.
