The girl change often though so it is difficult to give a recommendation. Most girls seem to come through every 4 months or so and stay maybe 2 weeks. The booking procedure works best over whatsapp / sms and I recommend an early rather than a late appointment. The later you book the more chance the girl will be running late. Majority of the time it was one by one and you are right. All the men are around the woman waiting for their turn and jerkin in between. Still, here's what I have experience with:
