There is actually a small "triangle" with a pond, in front of which you can find a bar and 3 massage places, 1 on the left and 2 on the right. The bar is called BnC or CnB or something like that. It's directly opposite the China Construction bank that is on the north / east corner of the intersection.
However, I don't know precisely which is the massage place XikangLu is talking about. The one on the left is 400 RMB for FS (HJ: 200, BJ: 300), but is up a flight of stairs, not down (plus the few girls I saw there where not very good looking), and I haven't tried either of the 2 places on the right yet. It would be great if XikangLu could confirm.
P.S: For those interested in a quick 30 minute BBS experience (no shower), there is another 'massage" place right near that corner, further west on ChangPing Lu. 300 RMB for 30 minutes of straight FJ, and the girls I saw there were pretty hot.
Also, I like going to the massage place that is at 10 Yuyao Lu (50 meters north from that corner). And 1,000 RMB seemed to be the going rate for the Vietnameses girls for ST & 1,500 RMB for LT. This has drifted up over the past couple of years. Just looking for an update / recent experience.

Google Translate is currently blocked in some parts of China, at least on my cell phone. However, Itranslate still functions as does Jibbigo. If you have a Samsung phone then S Translator is also currently unblocked.

Didn't partake though, was already super drunk from drinking earlier but danced and chatted with a few. They tried to get 2000 LT and 1500ST but sure you negotiate lower.
