Okay I exaggerate a little. Sure its possible in certain spas if you know the right girl. I don't because have little interest in massage.
Practical:
Go to Asian Herbal Association Sukhumvit Soi 24 for the real massage and from there its only a short walk to Mango, SW or Cherry for part 2. Alternatively find a porno MP shop girl who used to work in a Spa but needed to make more money. I used to know one or two of these, but they don't seem to be working any more.

I have had nearly one legit oil massage a day for the past 10 days in Pattaya, mostly with the same young girl who is a sweet young thing. Of course my mind turns to how nice it would be if after the massage we got down to something more sexual. We have had a few flirty conversations that made me think that things were possible, although certainly not at the shop, and probably not before a few 'dates'. Your analogy is wrong because these are not highly paid professionals giving a very expensive service. My dental hygienist charges about £50 for 20 minutes. I can't really see her offering a blowjob. Thai massage girls are poor young girls charging 300 baht for a 1 hour massage and living off the tips. They understand that they can probably get another 500. 1000 baht on top for additional services, which would represent a few days' wages to them. It is not an unreasonable assumption that some may want to enhance their salary with a few extras (and of course many will happily offer you a HJ).
Unfortunately, I guess though, that by definition, the massage girls are in general the poor girls who come to Pattaya to earn some money but don't want to fuck foreigners.

this report started out as an appeal to get rid of the 'tulip only' thread, but i think it might have some interesting bits. it is also a shameless endorsement of the talent at mango.

I agree with TTG. I was in Bangkok. Only my second trip there. In Sep last year. I had made up my mind to try Tulip during this trip after having seen that there was a separate thread for it. I went around 2 PM and was scared to see the line-up. It was really depressing. In fact, I was straightaway assigned a girl, and on my request only, I was allowed to see the line-up. I should have left then and there, but reluctantly chose a fair lady, must be 45+. Didn't feel like having sex and came out after having some massage and CBJ. I am sure I will not go to Tulip again. Also, my good experience may not be YOUR good experience, and what I get out of a session may not be as good for anyone else. I am saying, however, that Mango girls are (at least now) top notch.
