But I'd say you have more variety in Dxb: as often reported, CIS, PRC, African, Filipina. When I was in Singapore, don't recall seeing all that many CIS or African - but, then again, I wasn't looking for them :) .

As posted earlier, daytime action is a bit limited; only a couple of places open. So like I said, when you're out at night, grab a few numbers for daytime use. I had great success with that.

LT fairly easy with the PRC's and Filipinas (just be careful about time of departure in case she's just moonlighting and has to work tomorrow); LT perhaps not so much with the CIS. As Softspoken2202 posted, perhaps better to opt for a ST, with a LT option, with the CIS.

One caution for all: check the time of departure; a number of the PRC a-listers' definition of LT is "until [u]you[/u] fall asleep". And at least try for pay after (mention that up front, in the bar, so there are no ugly misunderstandings back at the hotel). For the PRC's and Filipinas, always raised a red flag when they wanted money up front (though I was a known player). With CIS, she might demand it, so try showing her you have the money, or else 50% up front.

I never frequented Regal that much, but I don't think you were ripped-off.

I started by seeing if she was interested in LT, then moved into the details of what was important to me, keeping it "light", along the lines of:
"You suck?"
[If the answer was yes] "Suck no condom?"
[If the answer was yes] "Finish in mouth?"
Any negative replies obviously ended this chain, but gave me the information I needed to make an informed go/no-go decision.

If she responded to the above with, "For sex, use condom", I agreed, along the lines of "Yes, f*ck, condom; but suck, no condom". I know the seniors are laughing, but just trying to help out here :)

Then asked what time she wanted to leave the following morning. Some would give an hour; if she gave me the "up to you", [u]I'd[/u] specify a time, along the lines of "9, 10 o'clock ok. But not before."

Just to be clear, I'd reiterate (OK, you seniors, you can pick yourself up off the floor from laughing): "Tonight, 2 times; suck 1 time, f*ck 1 time. Tomorrow, 1 time" (morning method usually left up to her).

I'd then ask for price, now knowing what was on the menu, along the lines of "how much you want I give you" (unfortunately, the broken English carrying over once I returned home). If she gave a fair price, I'd go with it. Otherwise, I'd make a counter offer, knowing what the price usually was, and just to swing the deal, offering taxi money. [b]AND[/b] with a "pay in morning" statement.

Granted, she might renege once back in the room, but I found the PRC's usually followed through. Only had to do this once; for repeat business, it's understood services and price stay the same (unless you REALLY overpaid, then a renegotiation possible the NEXT time).

And to those that might say this eliminates any GFE's, I disagree. The specs of the design are well specified, so the implementation goes smoothly. It just minimizes any disappointments (on either side), and allows each to not worry about the "contract" details, and just enjoy each other's company.

Not always successful, but certainly more often than not, for me, anyway.

Done both, haven't been to Singapore in a couple of years. I think I'd go with Singapore. Less expensive. Both have good clubs but slight edge to Singapore. Variety in Singapore is mostly Chinese and various South Asian. These are two I like, not into Africans at all, some CIS are OK. If you want Africans then tip to Dubai. My home ground now is Abu Dhabi which is a smaller version of Dubai with significantly lower prices. A choice between Singapore and Abu Dhabi would be tough as prices favor Abu Dhabi. Let me add to what 11B & NG said. I had been there last year & mongering is "legal" to some extend. There is a licensed district called Geylang where you would not have the fear of LE & the price is almost similar to DXB.
An ST could be 100 SGD which is 250 AED. You would also get Thai, Malay & Indo girls which are USUALLY not available here.

Better sets the menu technicalities before and then all the rest of the fun is paved, the negotiations set and put back

Depends who she sent you. I've been with Mimi, who was good. Christina enjoys her group sessions, and picks her "friends" carefully, so you can be sure of a mindblowing time. She told me last time there was a new PRC girl who had just arrived, but not yet got the pic's.

I find that for 3-somes (or 4 couples as she was trying to get me to go to!!) you need more than an hour to fully enjoy the experience, but the pricing is not your typical PRC / Fili rates.

Then again - you only live once and if is an experience you want to do once, you will not be disspointed with this girl

Years later, I still remember the cutie telling me that for 500 dhs, it's 1 shot; if I want more, I should pay more like other punters do (this when I'm all ready for round 2). I had become overconfident, and forgotten to check the menu, she being "compelling". Otherwise, we should just go to sleep (no doubt in my mind that the morning's climate will be very FROSTY, with a whirlwind departure - up, dressed, out.) Needless to say, there will be NO morning wake up. Let's just say that, that night, the a/c was not needed, plenty of "ice" coming from the other side of the bed.

While in the bar, you still have options (as in finding other providers). Once back "home", your options become limited, unless you're ready to get dressed and go back out (which I HAVE done).

-V[/QUOTE]I would definitely vote for Singapore. I live in Abu Dhabi, know well Dubai and visit frequently Singapore. The main difference to me is that for an Abu Dhabi resident a visit in Singapore feels like partying outside of a jail which sometimes even Dubai feels like. Even if the "jail" luxorious and comfortable, I hate thinking that some towel head can put me in a real jail for showing him a finger or saying "yeah, had a great sex last night". It is not about if it is happening often but the possibility of it makes my skin crawl.

Singapore is NOT a democracy and a freedom loving country. The gov't can be as oppresive as in Saudi in certain matters but it is not being driven by some ideology or religion but by pure pragmatism. I understand pragmatism, even if I don't agree, I understand. That's why I enjoy every day in S'pore

You are talking like an engineer that have had some experience with ADNOC procurement process. Including the weird phenomena of adopting a broken English after a few hours of saying the same thing over and over in 10 different ways and still getting a blank stare.

Although I usually don't got into such details with a prospective GFE candidate, I have wished I had done so several times. Yes, sometimes it is a pleasant surprise but the disapointments are upsetting. Strongly recommend straightforward talk and in clear, simple English. No idioms, analogies, etc. Just say it straight as otherwise you will be misunderstood.

But sitting alone with my budwiser for the last 1 hour. Arrived here at 7.

Two weeks back I was at kubu. Before 9, there were hardly 2 or 3 girls. Girls starts coming around or after 10.

JohnJohn bob, Thank you for your input. Makes sense. You guys make a good case for both. It is a few months away and I hit German FKKs before the DXB/SIN trip anyway. May be I get my "CIS" fix in Germany and go to SIN for Asian flair. I will keep you posted.

I met Lulu, the Seaview BBC, and again is was a great experience in the lines i already described. I know some other people tried her but not post a report.

She complained again about the market, according to her the inflow of new girls has slowed down as word of Dubai's woes have spread. I can not confirm nor deny but this is what I would expect (at least from the Chinese suppliers).

She has a place so she can do incall.

Ratsky doesn't really get going until after 11 PM or so.
Not surprised you were all alone.

Fili bars in particular will tend to fill up later than others.

But alll this late night stuff can be tiring if you have work the next day.

What I used to do, (especially with mid-week mongering), was get home from work around 6. Take a nap. Wake up around 9ish, dinner, shower and then head out around 10:30 or 11:00.

This way you are rested and ready to go all night if necessary, catching a few hours sleep after the action.

Much better than hanging out for hours in a smokey bar wasting money on drinks (and getting wasted), only to take home something frisky at 2 AM when you are dog tired and groggy and all you want to do is sleep.

If you do this often enough, you tend to adjust to the whole nocturnal thing, but unless you get your rest, you will probably burn out soon.

Before learning to pace myself, I would be out every night, drinking too much and foolishly bringing girls home for drunken LT sessions that were fun but not worth the effort or expense. The next day I would be pretty much a Zombie and then repeat the whole cycle again.

When it got to the point that the girls in SeaView were getting worried about my health, I figured it was time to do things in a more sensible manner and actually had way better experiences from that point on.

Although I have'nt done any mongering for a long time now, the same applies with my insatiably horny GF.
