1. Hygiene of the place: if I compare her to ritu laxmi nagar. Although ritu's locality is bad, she has managed her flat well in terms of hygiene. On the other hand, preeti has good locality but equally bad flat.
2. Personal hygiene.
She can do better if she caters to these two factors as I see a good potential in her in terms of how she can perform in bed which is always a lacking feature in MILFs.
