I don't visit anymore as place is simply filthy. When there is a very low level of hygiene it is very very risky business. Be careful.
I had a sever back pain for some times and thought of trying a genuine therapy to get a relief.
Once I had a genuine ayurvedic massage from a spa located at a reputed star hotel somewhere near Negombo sometimes ago and it was really relaxing and soothing.
Made an appointment for 90 min package and they directed me to a lady doctor for some basic checkup. I told her about my pain and she advised my masseur what oil and what pressure he should need to apply. Also she prescribed me some capsules for it which I later purchased from their front desk.
They have common changing room with showers and lockers. Washrooms are fitted with modern accessories but due to poor maintenance, it were discolored and some were even broken. I was given a bathrobe and towel.
Rooms are large and bed is also good but no A / C. Only fans so it was bit of uncomfortable too.
My masseur is young guy with experience and he did a very nice job. He spent 30 min on my head and shoulder. 30 min for my back and another 30 min for my front. He used hot oil a lot for the entire period. I felt lot relieved but surely my masseur would feel exhausted.
Provided me a hot herbal tea at the end.
Overall it was nice experience.
Cost is 5 K for 90 min package and I tipped the guy 1 K (since we tip unnecessarily these unskilled women for handshakes, thought of appreciating the fellow for his hard work 90 min).
As I have inquired about this place at this forum sometimes ago and a senior had encouraged me to go and explore it by myself, finally I managed to do so since this place is widely in front of this main road and the outer appearance was not so charming I often pictured it with bunch of MILF filled place.
Normally when I late to return home from office, I often see the LED lights on this place even at 10 or 10:30 in the night. Couple of days ago I was passing by the place around 10:15, suddenly I thought of stopping by.
To my surprise, two girls were there and one is so charming looking just like the Indian actress Nazriya Nazim. Other girl is bit of darker one but she too must be in early 20's.
I chose the charming one. She said he name is Nexx. They have very basic set up of partitioned cubicles and a common bathroom. Towels and bed are not that good.
By her facial expression and the way she did the massage I figured it out that she is very new to the field and yes she did accept it was only couple of weeks and she is only doing it to cover up her studies of beauty culture course.

This place is one of the best value for money places. I took a girl with a very sexy voice. Name means Sun and famous young female political figure in Sri Lanka. If you want the best feelings massage this is the place. I have been visiting for sometime now. They have recently got new staff and some old timers who were doing well have left. But service is still good as ever.

LPP 1976, thanks for your report. I have seen the name board for "Suwa Arana spa", but I haven't tried it. You turn into Stratford Avenue from Havelock Road at the traffic lights. After about 100 metres you see the board for Blue Lotus on the right. If you pass that and go another 200 to 300 meters, you can see the Suwa Arana board on the left. The spa appears to be on the 1st or 2nd floor.
As they don't spend money on advertising in Hitads, they are able to give a massage for 900 rupees.
Went to this MP at Marine Drive Bambalapitiya. There were 12 local girls and 5 Thai girls to choose from. Entrance was 1500 LKR. Selected a local girl who goes by A*a since I am not interested in Thai girls.
