On average, they would make more money here in Korea given the sheer number of punters there are and amount of establishments available. Plus the fact that they probably worry less about their safety and interference from the authorities compared to living abroad.

Prostitution is still a big money-maker for girls in East Asia. Japanese girls earn the highest in Japan, Chinese girls in China and Korean girls in Korea. And even for those that do go abroad, most end up exclusively catering to their own countrymen anyway.
