It is safer than most other spas on the city because its right next to the station, If the cops publicly raid that place, it will be a egg on their face situation in the media and public, that a place 100 mtrs from a police station carried out such activities.

Hence go and have fun without anxiety and ask for a proper sponge mattress equipped room first.

She looks to be 45 and 4/10. Also in her pics, she don't look 5'10". May be she entered wrong height.

I wish to be a part of a gated community, clean and furnished apartment with amenities like gym, pool, etc.

I do not wish to be stared by the security or trailed by the residents association for my life choices.

You should look for studios or 1 BHK apartments, whose owners know that only single guys / girls or live in couples will rent them. Such owners cannot be too choosy. Look for an good agent, explain to him your requirement (minus the mongering requirement part) he will find you a place. In large apartments, I don't think anybody bothers who is coming and going. Guilt is in your own behaviour.

If she is an exchange student indeed, she will be keen to explore local joints. Ask her to meet you in one such place. If she is genuine, she will come, no harm, nothing to lose. If she asks advance, bail out. If she has an India number and looks Vietnamese / northeast, no harm trying out.
