The hotel Montreal even has a pick up service from the airport "Tucomen". It'll cost you 0 bucks if you make a reservation in their hotel. You only have to pay the road tax for the freeway. (about twice 2 dollars)

Some hotels even have free internet (with 2-3 pc's availeble).
But in general in Panama city internet cafees are largely availeble and don't cost much (starting from 25 cents up to 75 cents per hour...depending on what barrio you are in)

SA Island is much more expensive then the mainland...and DO bring your girl!!! because the presence of hookers is very limited on the Island.

I don't know if there are direct flight to Panama. Maybe you need to fly first to Cartagena or Bogota. I know from Cartagena are direct flights to panama city. The flight takes about 50 min and would cost up to US $ 300,- (two way trip) with Taca or avianca. Prices could be up more...regarding the high oil prices lately:-(

Thanx alot Johan. I was looking at there web last night how is the streetwalkers scene around there. I prefer them more than the brothels I can at least bargain with them. I'm a pretty good bs artist. What ya think 5 days of mongering and food would run in us. I was in Costa Rica, in Tamarindo last year at the Barcelo Resort. I scored 1 French tourist, 1 Florida girl, and paid for 2 locals. Not a bad week, even though I tapped the French girl all week.

Well....lets see...Colon is well known for it's high crime rates. Even Panamenians from the capital will avoid this city at night! The train ride from PC to Colon is breathtaking....but for the rest its a dead city with HUGE malls. It is a free trading zone and many Panamenians buy things here. Mainly electronic equipment,clothes etc..etc that is DURING the day. The city itself has a huge drug problem and much poverty. So you are warned.
But for mongering i would NOT advise it.

David...I spend there about a full week. The city itself is rather small (80.000 people) and HOT.....some 3-5 degrees Celsius more as the capital. and only has ONE decent night club (the white horse).
As far as I know the P4P scene is very limited.
On wednesday night (and offcourse on friday and saturday) you can score non-pros in La BOOM. (the main disko close to the busterminal)
In the poolcentre closeby you also can score some non-pros....but they are usualy young (between 16-20 yo) and mostly only speak spanish.
For the rest it is a dull place. Only 2 hotels have a pool: the National (which is rather expensive) and Hotel fiesta (25 US $ a night).
The last one is a bit outside the city. The National is about 55 US $ a night and (as far as I know) do NOT alllow guests:-(

In Hotel fiesta this is NOT a problem.I stayed there...so I should know;-)
Hotel madrid (close to the busterminal) also has GOOD value/price. 22 bucks a night...but alas NO pool:-( The staff only speaks spanish.

For the rest David is a fallout city for travellers to Boquette and Costa Rica.
Boqutte itself is boring...full with older (mainly) ex-US militairy pensioners;so it is quite expensive.

Hi Johan I am still thinking of my next trip for sure. I need to go Monger somewhere Bad in December. Other Chioces also besides Panama are Brazil and Colombia of course. I would try to Go direct from Chicago to Sao Paulo or Rio. Not Sure on that. You have been in Brazil before and so Have I. The thing with Me I only came about 4 times but only in short stays of 10 to 14 days. This time I would try a month. Back to Panama>> It seems like it would be fun and Their Currency is The US Dollar too. Damn I am confused. The thing now is also I need to pay that plane ticket. I have good news for you!!!!!!! while 2-3 years back a ticket to Suriname was at least € 1200-1400,-.(two ways) from Amsterdam......the last couple of months more airliners come in with flights to paramaribo.
2 months ago i saw even on a dutch website flights to paramaribo for 600 EURO!!!!!!!! That is a HUGE improvement.
However...like i said many times before.....OUTSIDE PARAMARIBO THERE IS NOT MUCH...IN FACT NOTHING. Only Jungle,dust,swamp and flies. Turism is in a VERY EARLY stage in Suriname.
Hotel accomodation is NOT cheap....you won't find anything decent UNDER US$ 30-40 a night.

I don't know why the hell you are so keen on getting to Suriname. I know more countries that should have MORE women....lower prices and for sure a better infrastructure. Sure the women are great.....but so are the women in so many other countries!! Also the fact that Paramaribo is getting more and more criminalised is NOT helping!

May I remind you that IF you go to ANY destination in December you will pay HIGHER prices everywere because of the high season at that time (X-mas you know...)

If I was you I definately would go to Panama,Honduras,DR or if you like it a bit more adventurous to Cuba. (in that case fly via Canada or Mexico)
Brasil is an option but Rio or SP will NOT be cheap. Besides that....how's your Portugese Nibu?? I hear Ecuador also is a good mongering country and dirt cheap.

Well I hope I'm successful. I'll be in Panama City tomorrow and intend on posting daily reports of my mongering activities.

Well I'll be heading there in 2 1/2 weeks. Staying at Montreal. How is the streetwalker scene around this hotel. Also if any body has any good info on food places around there. So fill me in fellow mongers. Any certain places I should check out.

Great flight, customs was easy and getting to the hotel was easy but as I was forwarned a little off the beaten track. We may end up changing.

We git in late but decided to go out for some food and check things out. Every where there were beautiful women. Taxis were very cheap, $3 from our hotel.

The group had to go to Elite despite my warnings and they were hit hard. We had a great time but were set back about $600 for the eight of us.

I left early with one of the guys and the taxi driver took us to the River Club a brothel with nice looking women mostly Columbian.

He chose one and later said he made a great choice. I chose another and it was just so so. He was not in the mood to negotiate so it was a $ each which at least included drinks.

Ended up back at the room around 4AM.

Hopefully everyone will calm down now and we can start trying to bring the prices down but it will be tough with these guys.

Spidermonkey, ask the bartender in the hotel. There's a decent stream of hookers coming and going from Montreal. Or catch a cab and go about 3/4 of a mile east on Espana to Hotel Panama. On Via Venetto, the north-south street just east of the Hotel Panama there are are streetwalkers, and also in parking lots or street along Espana. While you're there, check out the casinos in Hotel Panama and Hotel Continental, and also Coco's Club in the Panama if it's open. You'll occasionally find some women that also work the streets in these venues, as well as somewhat higher class hookers and semi-pros and nonpros.

On Via Venetto in addition to the streetwalkers you'll find Oasis Massage, a second tier place where full service runs about $60 for an hour, and Cazuela's, a 3rd tier strip club. These are both on the west side of the street, on same side as Hotel Panama, and Oasis, which is below ground level, is a little hard to spot. I've found women worth doing at Oasis, but never at Cazuela's. And that about covers the low cost options that are very near to the Montreal.

Elite II, Le Palace, and Life Girls are also nearby, all south of Espana. Elite II and Le Palace are worth a visit if you don't mind dropping $20 on drinks. Often these clubs will have an "all you can drink" special for about $20. Takeout is ridiculous, over $300, although you can usually get the women to meet you the next day for $100 to $150. I've never been to Life Girls, which is actually on south side of Espana about a block past Continental Hotel if you're coming from Montreal. It's a combination strip club/*****house, like Miami, that's reputedly overpriced given the poor quality. At least that's what I've read.

Fell we're getting into the swing of things now. Quickly realized we were tipping way too much everywhere. I believe somewhere in the 5-10% range is more appropriate. Many times when we ask how much for say taxi or whatever they reply with how much you pay me. Most every time we said way low and in most cases they took it. Taxi rides from our hotel to anywhere in the city $2. An occasional driver would ask for more but we just gave him the $2 and that was it.

Went to Le Mayor. We really liked it. Prices were cheap and had a large variety of women from 2's up to 9's and maybe an occasional 10. However, we went there on a Saturday night and the police didn't want to let us in, they say it's for locals not tourists. We had a great driver that was bilingual and happened to be a big boy..a good one to have around. He got us into the club and kind of stood guard. We had a local or two start to give us a little hassle and the next thing we knew the police were in there and escorted them out. Anyway, you pick your flavor, $15 for the room and $15 for the girl. It took us a while to catch on as the girls are all dressed in street clothes and we first thought they were there hangin' out.

Stayed a few hours and went to a dance club near the district is all I know how to describe it. It seems to be where most stuff was happenning. After a while a few of us sat outside at tables that lined the street and every so often women would come up and start negotiating. No problem with 30 to 40 range and back to our rooms for an hour or two. As usual though some of the big spenders thought they were getting such a deal for their girl to stay all night and gave them $100. The rest of the guys are slowly coming down on their prices so I hope to have them in line in another day or two.

We're all really amazed at how beautiful the women are here. Later

I did visit Life Girls and it was worth the visit for me because I found a 9 there. There were also a couple in the 7 to 8 range.

It's a smaller strip club, not as elaborate as Elite. About 10 to 12 chicas total at the time. The ones I talked to were all Colombianas.

No cover charge but you're expected to buy yourself a drink.

The 9 asked for $200 for TLN after the club closed at 4 am. She agreed to $150 which was reasonable given how hot she was and that the service was unrushed and excellent. Except a bit too much "teeth" during bj but nobody's perfect :)
