Just when I thought travel to Colombia in 2020 was not going to be possible
We get this stuff in the news: https://www.eltiempo.com/economia/sectores/coronavirus-en-colombia-minsalud-autoriza-vuelos-internacionales-533854?fbclid=IwAR0A5nXb3AijzE5gg6bKbcZyhVmRcvBIQCXRo_1Cb8UHCYwrbAgWi-JxaNo.
This is the study the news article references: https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.07.02.20143826v3.
We use recent data and research results to approximate the probability that an air traveler in coach will contract Covid-19 on a US domestic flight two hours long, both when all coach seats are full and when all but middle seats are full. The point estimates we reach based on data from late June 2020 are 1 in 4,300 for full flights and 1 in 7,700 when middle seats are kept empty.
And Cali expects international flights in September: https://www.cali.gov.co/turismo/publicaciones/155674/cali-la-capital-que-iniciaria-vuelos-internacionales-en-colombia/.
I am stunned by this news. I really did not think international travel was happening in Colombia in 2020.
Santa Fe opening up a bit
Today I strolled through Santa Fe and it is the first day that there is no police tape and roadblocks. There were less police and people were out.
I would say at least 100 girls out on the streets -- Some real stunners. I had a nice session with one of my favorite 19 year olds. I was on my way out and ran into my busty girl and she talked me into a room before I knew it. I spent 78 mil which is about $20 these days.
On another note, I recently read about a guy in Medellin who got drugged / robbed by a Tinder girl-- Be careful guys.
International flights from Bog
My girl tells me Lopez had a press conference of sorts today and took a Pontius Pilate point of view and said, "she's tired of trying to protect people and do what you want and open the airports but don't blame me when the virus blows up again". So look for some real headway towards the opening to International flights in the coming weeks.
