Bangkok Hotels

I, too, like the Night Hotel in BKK. In Pattaya I'm partial to the Whitehouse Condole on Soi 13.

Different style from Night, but quite comfortable and quiet. Smaller. Friendly. Three room style choices. Good breakfast. Lower cost than Night.

I like the central location. Two Minutes to Beach Road. Short walk to Walking Street and LK Metro. Easy Songtaeo to Soi 6.

I know some diplomats and office workers stay there. I don't know if its girl friendly.

Looks a great hotel. Joiner friendly? And also Grande Centre Point Lumpini. Would appreciate feedback on either or both thanks.

Otherwise this Bangkok Hotels thread gets 'contaminated' with Pattaya hotels, which can lead to confusion.

Does anyone share their experience with either of these 2 hotels, are they guest friendly?

Also my third option is Double Tree Hilton Ploenchit, I already saw notes that this is guest friendly. Just trying to decided for my first trip in Dec for 5 days. Thank you fellas.

If for my next stay in Bangkok I want to focus just on the massage nuru shops near Sukhumvit in Asok and Phrom Phong stations area, which guest friendly (in case I decide to bring anyone back) hotels do you all recommend in this zone? I previously stayed at the Ruamchitt Hotel above Thermae Cafe on past two visits but decided I no longer want to do Thermae Cafe nor bother with Nana Plaza for take out.

Have stayed at nearby Okura and Conrad both without any difficulty in terms of joiners. I like the area. Bit away from the madness and Athenee looks terrific.

I always stay near a BTS station to keep the walks short in BKK's heat and rain.

Hopefully this is the same in Bangkok.

I don't know how they do the rotation there, but it was always different girls. There was one lady boy at that bar too, but you can tell that it wasn't woman without even asking just by the voice. Also, maybe because we were tipping the hotel staff they never asked our guests for ID.

You'll find that Ibis accomodation in Thailand is considerably better than in Europe.

About the bar next to Galleria10 hotel; I have actually never met a woman born person there.

And the hotel staff never asls for ID's.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at Harmony Living Building (through AirBnb) on Sukhumvit 15 for about a week and it was very convenient. It's located between Asok and Nana stations. The apartment was very clean, and the location made it easy to get around. It was around $50-60 per night but they were advertising discounts for longer bookings. The building security staff were also really friendly and relaxed about guests visiting, which made my whole experience very chill.

Hi, do the large chain hotels, like JW Marriot, Hilton, etc. ask the lady for ID and have her register when you have an outcall or bring a FL back to your hotel room?

I understand it is Bangkok and this happens all the time, but I just want to avoid that process and have a "walk of shame" right at the front desk.
