My practice when I go to a new place is to then take off the towel, lay it on the table, and then lie naked on the towel. By the reaction of the girl you immediately know whether extras are going to be available. If she tells you to put on disposable underpants, extras are probably limited, but may still be available. Nobody can criticize you for putting your towel on the table, because you can say it is for reasons of hygiene. A really good genuine massage therapist will want the customer naked, as that allows access to all the muscles.

If it's a genuine massage place, probably you will be offered a disposable underwear, but some places have extras even they offer disposables. So can't exactly point out that. Nevertheless, the ones who offer you disposable undies are taken as genuine places.

Other places, you can wear what ever you want. But if you wear the undies with the towel, they will know that either you are a newbie or a shy-guy; and demand more for extras. Better to wear the towel only and lay on the bed. When they take off your towel, ask them to lay it on the bed here you have your junior since most places aren't clean as they seem.
