Most of them don't have such facilities. At 10 euros there is no chance to find one.

Liosion 73 has shower service.

If you seek for such service it is better for you to visit a Studio where prices are up to 50 euros.

Q2: Sink in room is normal. Or you can ask to use the shared bathroom.
