Wait a moment.... pimps are outlaw, but prostitutes are not (at least not in Italy; other Countries, like US and Sweden have different laws, where prostitution IS illegal).
It's also true that they are not regular workers; even if they wanted, they would have no way to pay taxes and contributes, because te law itself doesn't allow them to.

What I dont understand is the way to enforce this law.
I am sure that there will be a lot of missunderstandig cases and a lot of appeals.

if you mean a girl that I helped to leave her work and start a "normal" life, then I'm sorry, but I never had such an opportunity (I'm already married and I'm not a millionaire).
