Santo Domingo

So this is my first time posting a trip report. Trip is still in process. I'm in Santo Domingo for the first time. I was in Boca Chica before.

So far I'm unimpressed by the city. The Zona colonial is quite pretty but also decrepit simultaneously. I haven't been mongering many years but am quite seasoned.

Arrived and walked around a bit. At around 10pm, went to avenida Pasteur where I went to those clubs. 305, Girl's house e. T. See. Actually they're all the same with about 10 girls sitting around a bar waiting for clients. I was pretty much the only client and when I walked in they all came for me at once which I'm not in love with. After choosing a girl you speak to the manager and they're quite inflexible about the price at the time I came in. They agreed to 3000 but I was over it. The girls ranged from 4-8 with most in the 6-7 range. Screwable but no beauties. Though I should prefice that by stating that I am not attracted to dark skin girls and usually go for light skinned chicas.

Around 1-130am went to Pure nightclub. It's next to a casino off the malecon. Not a big place and not too many girls there. About 20-30 people dancing and about 10 working girls in there. Mostly not so attractive. There were two hot petit light skinned girls I started talking to. One quoted me 100 bucks for an hour. I passed. Altogether I was disappointed by the higher prices I didn't expect and the dearth of girls in general. I was told it was Thursday and the weekend is much better.

The next day I went to GBP which is quite difficult to find. If you do a google search there is actually detailed directions with pictures on how to get there. It is on the second floor of a building. I actually walked in right when all the girls were coming to work. I waited in the "bar" room while they dressed (or undressed for that matter). About 6-7 girls, all dark skinned (I originally thought they were Haitian). The staff was quite nice. I went in with one of them for 1000 pesos ($25) and was taken to a dark room with two sofas. She was very sweet but I wasn't especially attracted to her. I bent her over the couch and did it doggie style but there wasn't the best odor in the world so I jacked off on her. Also not the greatest experience.

So far I can say I simply don't understand how Santo Domingo is a mongering destination. It is dirtier, poorer, with less attractive girls demanding higher prices than much nicer places with far hotter girls. We'll see what the weekend brings.

Sd requires inside knowledge to have a great time. I arrange to meet women who I know from the intenet there. On my last trip I found a couple of SW near colonal zona who were very good. However your assertions are quite correct. You can pay some serious money at the casas and the experience is not all that great to me. In SD I tend t wife up and do the discos. There no true center where you can get your monger groove on and you better speak spanish.

Sounds like you need to make a bee line to Sosua.

P.S. To me the hotels are overpriced as well for it being a place such as you described (I think they have some smoking hot chicks though!)

I was reading some year old posts and have come to the conclusion that Jao was a very positive force on this site. The past posts were more light hearted and fun. I often thoiught JAO was off base and very opinionated (anti Sosua) but he had some very good points as well. I hope we can find that light heartred old spirit of fun. Come back jao we miss you.

Joa truly loved and believed Sd was a great place to monger. Joa also knew and had years of experience in SD. I like SD and can have a very good time there but it takes a lot of effort that most guys do not have. Most guys are looking to bang attractive women at a good price. This can be done in SD but you have know how to find them. There are a variety of casas which have a wide range of women and prices. If you do not speak some spanish your task get even harder. SW will not speak english and your experience will suffer. The more you learn the tougher it is to be satified. Jao disdained Sosua because he did not need it. It was to easy for him. For The average guy Sosua provides everything you need on a silver plate. I often question the value of cultivating non pros until I get a sweet one in my bed. I will never be a strong advocate for SD because it takes work to make happen in SD.

For The average guy Sosua provides everything you need on a silver plate.[/QUOTE]As I recall I had some online disagreements with Jaosousa because he maintained that Santo Domingo was a better place for a first time visitor to the Dominican Republic, whereas in my opinion flying into Puerto Plata and staying in Sosua is an all-round much easier option for the first time in the DR sex vacationer with limited or no Spanish.

He may also have disdained Sosua because he was once arrested there after some kind of dispute with a chica.

Sosua is the best place in the world for a first time guy. IMHO It is small and easy to get around. The women attack like lions on the hunt and are very attractive. SD has nothing to compete. When I go SD I need all my monger skills to meet a get chicas.I arrange meets with online ladies and arrange backup plans. I know where to stay and where to go to see the ladies. Even the casas can be a problem for newbies. If onyl want a sex vacation it is Sosua all day long,

For me it was Blackbeards. SD's clubs were much too expensive for those thick ones. Also it seemed impossible to conduct a proper interview without buying the whole herd a drink. Sosua chicks were hard core when I was there, but definately worth paying a visit. If you just want to shag as many as possible for the money, then that's the place I guess. If you're into descent looking ones in a nice atmosphere, then I think you should at least check into BB for a night. It's around 45 USD as I recall for the nice room and about the same for short time. I tried posting pics of what you're likely to see but evidentally they're too big.

Sosua is certainly easy though. Sure, Rio or Thailand offer a better
total experience. But Sosua is so inexpensive and easy-to-get-to from the Eastern half of the US that it's a no-brainer for a quick warm weather mongering trip.

Blackbeards is sleeping and eating in a working girl house. The prices are very good. All in all it is a great way to get started. It is mongering with training wheels. Once you to ride on your own you will not use training wheels any more.

It is true that he does not care for Sosua but it's like a hunter. There are those that perfer a rifle which makes it easier and then those who hunt by bow. He's the best source of information and will share it with you without asking for anything in return. Miss you buddy!

Listen no one is perfect and you have to respect him from telling you how he felt about Sousa. You might not like what he has to say, but at least he tells you where he stands. I always respect someone who tells me what they think. I might not like it, but I respect that. I will he get mad at you and go off on you, but does not mean I do not respect you. I have gotten mad at many of you on this forum, but respect all of you except those of you who are racists as to me that is just ignorant. To be honest, I have never been to Sousa. I like the hunt and sometimes going home at night pissed off, but again that is me. We are all different and we just have to accept that we all do things differently. My two cents.

Also, Gogo said it best "Sousa is for those who do not speak Spainish and do not want to work hard for play - SD is for the big boys who have game and do not mind being-rejected". As SD has a lot of stunners, but you need game my friends. As was said the hunt can be fun.
