I wonder what percentage of nose jobs are really an improvement?
Does everyone disagree with me, and I am the weird one? Are changed noses invisible to everyone else? I do see that most guys just accept the nose enhancements and don't see the big impact on the looks.
As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Personally, I like the natural, cute Thai girl-next-door look, so even the decent nose jobs (very few of those) are almost never an improvement. I don't even like makeup all that much, unless very subtle. On the other hand, many guys prefer the made-up-to-the-tees glamorous out-to-kill looks, and that group might find more nosejobs appealing.
Among Thai girls, especially lower-class, nose job is a major expense, so there's a tendency to go to cheaper doctors and also to exaggerate the effect (why do it if the change is barely visible! Maybe some Hi-sos have subtle nosejobs that improve their looks, but among middle / lower classes and bargirls, I'd say very, very few do.
Of the Thai girl nosejobs I've seen so far, 50% are outright disastrous, 30% are a waste of money but can be tolerated, and the other 20% don't do much for me, but I can see how somebody could regard them as an improvement.
Just a few information items that have probably been reported below but perhaps worth repeating.
The train option from the airport worked very well for me. I recommend it and will use it in the future. It operates the same as the MRT. You can connect to the MRT at Petchuburi or the Sky Train at the last stop.
I tried to buy Kamagra at two pharmacies in the downtown Soi 4 area without success. It seems to have been forced out onto the street market by the made in Thai option, which I bought a package of four tablets for 300.
There are money changers on a side street between Soi 4 and 5 that offer rates slightly better than banks. The location is in the muslim area. All things considered given the global terrorism threat I did not feel unsafe in that area but it was in the middle of the afternoon.
Also considering the global muslim terror threat, I found that the security on the MRT and Sky train seemed shockingly lax, but not so at the Paragon shopping center.

They do offer a better rate and do not have any visible security around. Let me just say that they do offer better rates for the USD without ID and logging in the serial numbers and the money changing area is very safe. My assumption is that the operation and area is controlled by some group of people that common thugs and thieves are dealt with rather harshly.
Unless something changed in the last month the larger pharmacy along sukhumvit just past soi 4 next to bullys pub sells kamigra and gives discount for purchases of 10 packs of 4. It's been my go to for years without a problem in quality or availability.
Some Pharmacies do not sell it, e. G. Boots, Watsons, etc. However both Kamagra and Sidegra should be available at the correct Pharmacy next to Bullys. I bought several sorts of medications there just a couple of weeks ago.
It would a very surprising development if we were going to suddenly required to get prescriptions, and generics were all cleaned out.

A Thai operator of a nearby pharmacy recommended them which was good enough for me.

I will try the place near Bully's next time.

As well as the one oppsite the NEP entrance.
Worth to say they might be out of stock from time to time. That wild last a few days.
That happened to me in August.
What is the thinnest condom on the market? And where can I buy in Bkk?
What is the thinnest condom on the market? And where can I buy in Bkk?
I think it's these. Some Indonesian guy recommended them. He said he bought them on the internet in Jakarta. I bought some on ebay in the US, but I haven't tried them yet. Not sure where they would have them in BKK.
What is the thinnest condom on the market? And where can I buy in Bkk?
You could try the Japanese condoms made from polyurethane, I guess.
I usually buy Durex Comfort which are a less tight fit, have bulbous tip, for easier put on and more comfort, and have somewhat thinner latex. I don't say they are the best but generally available, and improve feeling for me. The danger is that due to "easy on", they are also easy off. If condom starts slipping too much due to lube, may have to change it. I always take my own condoms, as often dislike the ones girls might provide. I also have my own non sticky gel from overseas. There have been occasions when I had to check the condom was still on if feeling got a little "too good". Can be just an exceptionally nice pussy.
What is the thinnest condom on the market? And where can I buy in Bkk?
The thinnest condom that you can buy over the counter in a retail shop is the Sagami Original 002. It is available in Boots for circa THB65 per condom. Very nice packaging and easy to roll on. Red-colored pack is the original smaller "Asian" size and the black-colored pack is the larger size.
If you are living here, you can use Lazada to order the real thinnest condoms you can get in BKK by home delivery. They have suppliers for Sagami 001, Okamoto 001 or the Aoni 001. None of these super-thin condoms are available in any retail shop.
Both the Sagami and Okamoto are polyurethane, roll on very easily and have superior heat transfer. They will be snug-to-tight fit if you have a wider (not longer) cock. Both products are very expensive at circa THB170 per condom, so you may want to try them before you invest in boxes. I have tried both and there is no perceptible difference. I personally use Sagami 001 as it has superior packaging, zero odor, best heat transfer and thin lubrication which goes well with my silicone lube.
The Aoni 001 condoms are made of latex and they have a Guinness Book claim to be the worlds thinnest. I have tried them and they are indeed thin with good heat transfer. They are about half the price of the Japanese The only downside was that they tend to roll back down during sex, which I experienced and has also been documented in customer reviews on Amazon. Stopped using them after that.
If you are looking for thin and reasonable price, I suggest to go with the Sagami Original 002 (red or black) available over the counter at Boots. Honestly I would like to say that there was a super-appreciable difference between the Sagami 002 and 001 products, but really there isn't.
FYI, I have never managed to get any silicone-based lube in BKK. Have to get it when abroad in Singapore. If you really want to enjoy more, suggest to get IDMillenium or Wet Platinum silicone lube and it will really take things to a new level. Enjoy Bangkok, AsianRain.

You want your dick to be hotter? I don't quite get it. I love the feel of cool hands lightly on my balls, but that may be irrelevant.

Theoretically it's a good thing as it gives you a feeling less remote from a non-condom situation, in which case heat transfer is virtually instataneous (same speed as nerve impulse speed).

Roll on very easily? Euh ..... That's the catch. I use them but I must say getting them on is always some kind of hassle.
