We were staying at the Hong Kong / Big Luck hotel across Monivong. It was lunch time and we took a walk to find a place to eat. That is how we came across Luxury World. We were sitting in the restaurant on the ground floor and I noticed that a couple of tables nearby were occupied by young women with red short shorts and white tops. They were a bit flirtatious, making eye contact and with big smiles. As they left, my friend and I followed them up a staircase to what turned out to be a fishbowl with at least 20 gals.
