I came across her in my WhattsApp contacts. She was added from my trip last year. When you go to the same place more than once you get the benefit of having prior contacts to fall back on and reconnect with. This reference is from my trip last year. The site I was referring to was Photoprepagos. It is basically a website of mostly independent escorts. They have brief ads, list of services, prices and photos. Many mongers use this site.

Another site is Milerotics. Not as easy to use as the previous one listed. I have never used it so can't verify any results from it.

Tinder is difficult to use, you don't get instant access to the girls you find and rely on a swipe back before you can even start a conversation. Facebook is good if you do the work before you arrive in town and try to make some friends and make pre-arrangements. One last thing. I will be there at the end of May, so it's NBA finals time. Any good places I can entertain some good sports vibe. I looked on Cartagena prepagos not much talent compared to Medellin. I think I'll have to walk around the clock tower. Also my hotel said I can have a guest, just got to register. I have a 2 person room. And I can unregister them after.

I prefer condos for any stay longer than a few nights.

NBA Finals is a big event, you can watch it on almost any bar television.

In centro there is the Clock Pub, which is a sports bar.

In Bocagrande, my favorite is Time Out Sports in commercial plaza.

There is another called La KMA or something like that more towards El Liguito.

Cartagena is small town than Bogota so less ads on prepago. At the tower you will have your pick from over 100 anytime after 10 pm or so, no worries, you find what you want.
