I am planning to have all STD tests in Bangkok, what hospital or a clinic do you suggest? I prefer fast results and of course high hygiene.
I am staying in Sukhumvit.
........ there are a listing of acceptable places in bangkok I can go to if I am there when I need testing done.
Hi Transak,
would you care to share that list of reputable clinics with us?
Thanks
DS
I was in shark this evening and there was a lot of real talent.
I read an article about two months ago, I'm sorry I don't remember where, that stated that the biggest increases in HIV in Thailand are amongst university students due to the increased acceptance of gik's and a more "open" attitude towards casual sex in the younger generations. I think I'll stick to "condom sense."
Amjeck has some interesting opinions on sexual activity in Thailand which he has openly admitted are based on the advice of a few of his Thai friends' hearsay.

Forget that.
if you stick to the big 4, you'll be fine:
1. Samitivej http://www.samitivejhospitals.com/
2. Bumrungrad http://www.bumrungrad.com/
3. BNH http://www.bnhhospital.com/
4. Piyavate http://www.piyavate.com/index.php

OK master :D
Three of those four are are acceptable for MY reports (think it more has to do with payments and funding then anything else). Thai Red Cross is listed as OK for HIV testing ONLY.
Klong Tan Hospital on Peburi Road, Siriraj Hospital, Chulalongkorn (Silom), are listed as acceptable for my items.
Last I heard Bumrungrad still had their 24 hour a day testing facilities for both antibody and antigen testing. Don't know if that is still true but if you are worried and got nothing to do at 4 am there you go, now you got something to do.
I should note that I get most of my testing done at St. Lukes in Manila as my ex step mother in law works there (ex father in law is a bigger wh@re then me) and I walk in and walk out in 5 minutes and have the reports emailed to me and updates my work, my ex wife and some of my GF's at the same time. :D I'm such a lazy bastard....

So the whole world will know when you get herpes?
So the whole world will know when you get herpes?
Pretty Much,,,,
But I have another option of going to my cousin at home who is chief of staff at our hospital or my neighbor who is second in charge, also related. So no matter what pus is dripping out my dick everyone will know anyways.

I checked out this website and found that a 3 month Gold subscription, which would entitle me to email the girls, costs $500 USD -- that's $2,000/year.
How many suckers out there would pay that to meet gold digging bimbo's online?
You can get the same at TLL for $80/year.
Nana travel warning
Travel warning advisory for Bangkok, Thailand
PST 12/25/2009 12:32 GMT (TransWorldNews)
Assault on a tourist with a deadly weapon is not a crime in Thailand (a major tourist destination).
An American tourist on vacation in Thailand was brutally beaten, stabbed in the eye and robbed by staff of Cascades Bar at Nana Entertainment Plaza in Bangkok.
He survived the attack just to find out that the local police rarely investigate reports of crime against tourists and that Americans should be aware regarding inability of the local police to protect them prior to contemplating any travel to Thailand.
Plots under way to create unrest in Thailand: police chief
www.Chinaview. Cn 2009-12-25 16:19:40 Print
Bangkok, Dec. 25 (Xinhua). Intelligence reports showed that plots are under way to create unrest in some areas in Thailand during the New Year festive season, said the country's acting police chief on Friday.
The Nation online quoted Prateep Tanprasert as saying that there are groups of I'll-intended people planning to provoke violence in tourist destinations across the country including Chiang Mai, Phuket, Songkhla, Pattaya and the capital Bangkok. He did not elaborate on their objectives or detailed plans.
The police chief said he has ordered all police stations in risk areas to take strict security measures to ensure peace and order.
He also said he will call a meeting of senior officers at the metropolitan police bureau to discuss security plan in Bangkok during the New Year celebrations.

Thanks for the hospital info.
On another note:
I wonder how many of you spend serious money on "Gold Subscriptions" like NickF's recommended or TTL or AFF and the like?
Obviously you must expect the returns (pointers to great pussy) to far exceed the expense in value. But does it? Can you recommend such services?

CB for Philippines works wonders but you can score easy on DIA which is free. Philippines is like shooting fish in a barrel literally. You walk in a grocery store and walk out with a freebie if you wanted it. There are a few in PI that work well.
TLL I got a few girls, non pro's, so did I make my money back in saving bar fines yes I did but the ROI wasn't all what it was cracked up to be. I got four or five keepers out of it, but had to invest a lot of time. I guess I should not complain they are "nice" ladies. I ran into my fair share of pro's on the site also but overall I stuck to the non pro's.
CamFrog is good but again you gotta join it. Overall I would recommend doing them IF you have time.

No, No, I did not recommend to pay for the gold membership, I just said that girls tend to take gold members more seriously than regular members for the reasons:
1. Shows you are seriously looking
2. you are not a cheapo

Of course the girls would take you more seriously if you paid 500 for three months of on line chatting introduction.
It shows that you've got cash to burn and are happy to overpay for substandard services, seriously naive and incredibly stupid :D
In other words a perfect match for thai ladies.... Where do I sign up again?
