As mentioned in many posts before, chica friendly places are to be found. Rules vary a lot from place to place. A safe and secure option are motels. Bring the lady there for 2 hours and get back to your hotels without worries. Cost: around 20 usd for a good one.
I was just in ctg 1 week ago and that worked out perfectly.

If you speak Spanish and want something more laid back try La Dulce Vida around 11 pm. Keep in mind some days its dead and some days its hoping. Space is right next door. The chicas move around in herds.
