IThe prices in Rio are like new York.
Kool Moe Dee, stay at a hotel in Sosua that includes breakfast and save that Rocky's money so you can join us in Brazil or Thailand one day, bro. Nothing wrong with an upgrade, LOL.

Renaissance Hotel
Guest friendly? Seems like quite a nice place, and I got a good rate, but if I can't bring girls in, then it's going to be a problem for me. Anyone have experience there? I suppose I can stay there myself and get a short-time room when needed, but that limits my options, too.

Bruce
I have stayed there 4 weeks last year and a week in Sept. 2012. The short answer is NO. You can check one in at time of check in IF she has her I'd (Cedula). Sometimes in the day, when busy its possible. But don't count on it.

Bruce
The Jaragua is not guest friendly. When you check in there are two places where you can sign guest in. If they are not on the list they don't get in at a later time. However, if you stay in the Garden section, which is an older less expensive part of the hotel you may be able to get chicas in with a well placed propina to the security guard patrolling the area. You would probably be better off staying at the Riazor which is right behind the back entrance of the Jaragua on Independencia.

Cabanas could help
The DR has these wonderful places to bang chicas called Cabanas. Short term very nice suites from 10 to 20 buck but you will need a cab to get there. The girls are very familiar with them and can tell the driver where to go. These places are great. There are also working girls in the casino at Jaraqua and walking around. Jaraqua gave me a hard time when I checked in with my girl friend asked if we were married. There are some casas " working girl house" close by. I prefer not to use them however many have some hot girls and the price varies. Low of a 1000 pesos to the norm of 3500 pesos. They are hard to fine if you do not know where you are. Santo Domingo mongering requires some spanish so bone up.

Might have been missed by many Rumbas to Rocky's mongers.
Fred sold the place awhile back and now I think someone else purchased it. I'm sure those chicas are still around somewhere in Sosua. If you stayed somewhere like Colibri, you used to be able to call Fred and he would send over a chica, pretty much like ordering pizza.
Let be honest we have seen many of them that pop out 2 babies and are never the same. Just a sloppy mess. Not to assail the

You would think they would be hip to this game by now and this would be changing, but perhaps it is cultural because these chicas, even the ones selling ass in places like Sosua, still talk about these fatherless kids with pride and talk about the father leaving in a casual way, almost as if it gives them a reason to get out of the hood to sell ass or is a right of passage somehow socially / culturally. That being said, you can still find venues with a lower percentage of single chicas with kids, if that's what you want.

Someone wrote this post in response to a Dominican nanny killing two kids in Manhattan. I did not write this post so do not jump on me:
My experience with Dominican women (I avoid them now) led me to conclude the vast majority are "damaged goods" for the following reasons: 1. Most have been sexually or mentally abused by a relative, neighbor or boss from sexual depravity or alcoholism or fun. 2. They are hopelessly dependent on possessive mates, boss or relatives that want to usually control and exploit them and make excellent slave zombies. 3. They learn early on to successfully lie and deceive as a survival coping method. 4. They don't expect long term relationships because of suffering abandonment from mates and family at critical ages in their development and suffer depression expecting to eventually be abandoned. 5. Always have a bag packed ready to change identity and start new life somewhere where they are unknown. 6. They are schizophrenic with duplicity to cope with traumas. 7. Don't protect themselves from pregnancy thinking that will help. Only God knows the demons that haunted this poor woman!
