Sessioned again with Scarlet, this time went to El Recreo Cabinas, about two blocks away on main drag, to her cabina. She is paying about $30 a day. Nicer but shared bath.

For this, I recommend leaving Cocal and find someone who actually gives massages, then bargain for the rest. I'll tell you where I went, then a couple other places that are sure things. First, all of this is during the day basically. Most of these places close by 9 pm at latest. So grab numbers earlier if you want one later.

First spot is in the same building as "The Pizza Shop. ", on the main strip Pastor Diaz Ave, near the corner of Calle El Invu. Most days I saw 2-3 chicas sitting on plastic chairs in front of the pizza shop. They have a massage shop in the back of the pizza building, but also sit out there on their days off. Go inside if you don't see them and the shop is open. I don't care for bad-AC shitty rooms and being quiet, so I wanted to grab a number for my hotel later. Told the ladies I needed a strong massage why poco mas. One of them started rubbing my back real strong. Cute face. Big tetas. Got her number and told her I want to CIM. Then did some negotiating over phone. She started at $100 for 1 HR massage with HJ. $120 for CIM. And $150 for Full. Some back and forth and agreed to $80 for CIM, massage, and HJ (x2 leches) in 1 HR.

She's from Nicaragua, beautiful young-looking face (although said she was 30 yo. Would have guessed 24). Ask for Irma. I ended up having her come over in the morning at 10 AM, which is perfect for me. Great way to start the day. I always have coconut oil with me also because it feels great and smells fantastic. After a minute of pushback on the CIM before massage starts, I reminded her to look at the messages of exactly what I wanted. Then she got to work (another reason I like messaging. Easier to negotiate. And to show them what they agreed to jaja).

Great slow start with tongue all the way up and down. Got her shirt and bra off. She wrapped those huge tetas around LB and went to work! Titfuck, blow. Titfuck, blow. Titfuck w / blow. Got on top of her chest and more of the same Then she started blowing harder and working the pelotas, and blew in her boca. It started pouring out all sloppy. Just the way I like it. Gave her 40 K + 10 K tip. Just under $100 USD total. You can also get a hotter chick from Cocal for the same hour, but won't get a massage & CIM like this, with 2 leches.

Considering it's $30 USD for a regular hour massage, the extra $50 for 2 leches seems reasonable to me. Especially with a great CIM. + $20 tip for good attitude & service. And I'd rather have one chick do it all (cheaper & more relaxing), then go get blown by one. Go get a good massage from another. Then pay for a HJ. Jaja Plan to repeat this one. Possibly try another chica.

Alternate spot: Type "Hotel Ibiza" in google maps. When you arrive, just 1 or 2 doors away from the beach (toward the main road, Pastor Diaz Ave), there is a massage place on the left hand side (the side with the river). They are sometimes outside or will yell at you if they see you walk by. But if not, just peek inside. Did not try here myself yet, but talked to the chica who was yelling out the door, and she said any type of you want She also licked her lips with a big smile. So I might try just for the enthusiastic sell jeje. Dressed in street clothes. No massage uniform. Yelling down the street at single guys. And confirmed in conversation.

So there you go. 2 spots to enjoy when you want a good massage along with your fun, or just need a break from Cocal with some non-hardcore semi-pros.

I'm staying at Hotel Ibiza tonight. They have several rooms that face the street, on the outside, so you don't have to go through reception. I say chica-acceptable, rather than chica-friendly, because they still want you to register guests at check-in. One older white dude here clearly had a hot prepago local with a string bikini all day by the pool. So probably checked in with her if you have a long-term chica. Or can just bring straight to the room if you get one of the outside rooms, and don't mind skipping security. This is maybe not for first timers. But they have a safe in the room. I've seen several recent posts with Cocal sold out and no place to stay. So here's another option.

Also, if Cocal is sold out, be sure to check back a day or two, or day of when you want to stay. They have a free cancellation policy, and many people bail the day before or day of. Basically, if you haven't checked in yet, they'll let you cancel without deposit. They told me sold out when I checked a few days before, but a pool view room on the 2nd floor overlooking the action a day before I wanted to check in. Rooms are basically opening up daily. Or just walk in or call the day you need it.

Hotel Balcon Del Mar. Family friendly place. Says no prepagos in English at reception.

See my prior post regarding masseuse. But basically told her to come in the morning at 10 AM. Restaurant is open to outsiders during day, so told her to wear normal clothes and just walked with her from beach, past restaurant, up stairs to my room. Walking with someone dressed like prepago, they would stop you or at minimum everyone would give you dirty looks walk of shame, then maybe politely tell you next morning it's not welcome. On the way down, masseuse tells me to say she's my cousin if anyone asks. Hmmm sure. Anyway, no issues coming up or down. Beautiful views of pool and ocean for reasonable price. But they don't want you there. Try not to go and exercise caution if you do.

Overall, Jaco is not my favorite place. Would rather be in Medellin. Or Sosua, personally.

I like a little more grit in my teeth jaja.

But if you're into the fish-bowl style hunting with pros, don't speak Spanish, have some cash to blow, like big fake tetas, and the beach, I would recommend it.

I am planning a surf trip to Jaco around June and I want to know the best hotels to stay and bring chicas without being ashamed by the reception desk. I would also like to know if staying in Hotel Cocal is the best way to go hunting without break to sweat.

And last but not least, is there any website you can recommend where I can pick a long-term chica to stay with me all the way while I am there.

Does anyone know the current situation at Cocal? I know the hotel itself is open, but are chicas allowed in the casino / bars? I think I read that Hotel Del Rey was also open, but I think they were limiting the number of chicas allowed in the bar. If anyone can clarify, that would be great. Thank you!

So I got in touch with someone at Hotel Cocal. The hotel, bar, and restaurant is open. Ladies are also allowed on the property, but they don't show up until the evening. And obviously, number isn't near what it usually is.

Had a long call with "boots on the ground" in Jaco yesterday. First, the situation at the Cocal:

The outdoor pool / Tiki bar is NOT open, nor is the casino. This includes the casino bar in the slot machine area. The "new" Cocal bar area is in the restaurant side, which has been expanded. Masks are required to enter, but can be removed once you are seated to eat or drink. He said there were "a hundred" girls this past weekend with about 10 guys. The action closes much earlier because of curfews for weeknights (10 pm) and weekends (8 pm).

General: Masks are required to enter any facility and you will have your temperature screened.

Additional comments:

-The HDR remains closed and the "owner", John, is still alive and kicking. Security at the HDR reports that the Blue Marlin bar may not even reopen and the DelMar / Key Largo, is up for sale.

-The Colonial Casino is open, but very limited to tables that are open. San Jose in general, is a "ghost town".

-Make sure you have verification and proof of the required Covid insurance or you will be extremely delayed at Immigration.

-Recent heavy rains caused a lot of landslides on the route to Jaco. You may expect delays if traveling between Jaco and SJO as they work on clean-up (one group of travelers to Jaco said it took them 5 hours from the airport due to major road closures as the clean-up was underway.

-The girls at Sportsman's were rated as "dogs". LOL.

You can only use the red taxi's after.

Cocal is open, although I don't know how long it goes in the night. During the day, plenty of choices, though I did not see any superstars. I don't see any reason ever paying more than $100-150. But it could go higher if you encounter a savy girl there. However, around the cocal it is easy to catch the girls on the street before they are in there, and if you can talk and are likable and if it is slow, maybe you can get to $80. The hot girls will not bother for less than $100 and probably about $120 and of course they will try to get much more.

On Pastor Diaz, there are also plenty of Nicas and in the big red building or right next to it I think there are cabins where Nicas stay and I did see them go as low as $50 although I don't know ymmv.

I know some of the girls on a personal level, and they are desperate because of covid and unemployment, which makes their negotiating skills a bit more hardened. It may be a bit harder right now for quality pricing when you would think it would be the opposite. This is just based on my talking to the Chica's I know. I know some that come down from San Jose and if they don't score all night they are taking a 6 am 5 hour bus ride back.

Also, One other option is grabbing a chair and umbrella on the beach for about $10. These are available out in front of Cocal. The girls do sometimes walk through although they will not pester you. It is not as blatant as Hollywood Beach in Cartagena, but I did not see a Tony either. Still, if they walk by and you say Hola! They will talk, and of course you can negotiate. It is not a spot per say for Mongering, but you can make things happen there.
