I'm pretty sure the chongos are still closed. Most stores are closed, in fact. Maybe 25% of restaurants and other retail shops are open.

I've used Skokka. Had a 50% success rate. 1 out of 2. (Meaning that the girls looked attractive in person).

If you have time to keep trying after a bad visit, then it's probably worth your time. Personally, I get frustrated after wasting 40 minutes round trip in an Uber just to have a fake picture on the ad so it puts me in the mood to not want to try again.
