Apparently Minister Ruiz called the Judges bluff and told him to answer the questions of what type of test, and when and where can travelers get tested before the Judge can institute such a broad restriction on travel in and out of the COL.
El Mechanico.

El Mechanico.
I just flew into Bogota. I was here 2 days after the travel ban was rescinded. It was very serious and uptight then. Getting through customs was a breeze in comparison. I got through in less than one minute seriously. You do have to fill out the corona app prior to the airline getting you a boarding pass but literally no one in Colombia checked mine.
Also, there has been return of some traffic though airports are still ghost towns compared to what they were. Like I said before, people and countries are learning to live with Corona. I am skeptical about the vaccines but I really hope they work as well as advertised.

I'm thinking about going back to Bogota the last week of December or the first week of January. Are the casas and Santa Fe ladies available during this time or are they generally away for the holidays?
Also are their any other casas like Mezzanine (price, selection etc)?
Showdown.

I have a week vacation to burn and I wanted to enjoy the ladies. I guess I need to find another locale to get with the ladies. DR? Costa Rica?
Showdown.

Showdown.
Showdown, it is about 50 to 75% of what it is preCovid. Clubs are open on the sly. They wait for the cops to drive by and then let you in. Thing is that even though it is not as busy, I saw more lookers than I did preCovid.
And I think the quality at Club Fiebre was better than I have ever seen.
And I think the quality at Club Fiebre was better than I have ever seen.
What time are they open? I think I will slide through there tomorrow evening.

I heard from another forum member that Bogota will undergo another lockdown on December 14th. I have not heard anything about this. Has anyone else? If its true, I'm probably going to change my plans up.
What time are they open? I think I will slide through there tomorrow evening.
I am not sure exactly and they are open on the sly as I said. I only saw one crummy club, I think it is San Francisco, was open when I went by at 2 PM. Then when we went at 8 PM, most of the good clubs were open but they shut down the streets and clubs at 11 PM.
If you like spinners with a tight ass, my favorite is Vanessa. With a tip, she does BBBJ and she has that special Latina ability to fuck you so fast and hard, your dick is at risk of becoming dust.
