If it has only been two days, then it is a bit too early to talk about STIs. It will take at least 2 weeks after incident to detect most STIs and some will take more than a month. Regarding redness and swelling, this can happen because of many reasons like too much pressure while doing HJ, using some oils and chemicals like soaps and creams in Spas can irritate the skin and cause inflammation.
