It is not cheap. There is no bar fine. There is no hanky panky. If the girl likes you, she will give you her phone number or arrange to see you on her time off. I tried out Club F1 the last time I was in Malate in March. The place was small and intimate. They try to arrange the couches to maximize privacy.
