The going rate varies for these foreign girls from 4000-7000baht for a night. Unless there is someone who can share information on any lower priced foreign workers in Bangkok, there is no need to make hue cry over the price! Assuming the fact that bar fines are now 600baht and LT at some places not less than 2500baht I do not think foreign girls would bring down their prices any time soon! Obviously this is for WGs and if you are a charmer you can get pussy for free anywhere!

Not sure where you are now, but in Europe, Amsterdam or Frankfrut are a better bet for this category, and even in Asia, you'd have more choice in Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore.
Finding non-Asian SWs in Bangkok is like looking for food good Russian borscht in Bangkok, or som tum in Idaho. I understand the occasional craving, if you look enough you may well find some, but it's going to be 3rd rate quality, cost you 3x the excellent local food, and it's silly to come here specifically for it.
There are Russian hos in Novotel near Siam Square (expensive. 4k to 10k baht ST / LT, unimpressive at the price) , some streetwalkers and disco girls around Soi 3 area, close to and within Grace hotel (1k-2k per pop, terrible quality). There's also a hotel-brothel scene at Rajah Hotel (Soi 4) and a dinky hotel near Bumrungrad (maybe Mike's Place, not sure). For about 2. 5k per pop.
Now, the "Russians" in Bangkok are mostly not Eastern European, but Central Asian (won't find many with blue / green eyes) , and not too fresh either, to put it mildly. As for Latina working girls, don't count on finding one. You may well have better results if you spend time gaming tourist chicks. Latin America is quite far, and tropical too, so they don't have much reason to go to Thailand.
