I guess its resonably safe walking around that area but all the clubs will frisk you and scan u for concealed weapons ie knifes as they are concened more about the girls safety than a terroist incident.

If you are in tel aviv there is no area code to dial outside Tel aviv in hertzlia etc you have to dail 03 first
