I applause your patience!
Ds,
You are truly patient and sharing those "hot spots" over and over. I would say RTFF, so I have to admire your patience in helping these guys finding their way to Davao. Please do not misunderstand me as if I want to flame you – I am just a curious nature – but what drives you? You come across as someone with class and style. Someone that almost recent the type of persons that will be attracted by your report. If I may make such an inquiry; what motivates you to pitch in the time and effort it takes to put such an invitation in detailed writing?
One can say that it is the purpose of this forum to promote the interaction between men and women, but for sure no one expects anyone to blindly accommodate any interaction, no matter how far it is from our own values and beliefs.
Another argument would be that "every dollar spent is valuable" but everyone that really looks at the effects of attracting all types of tourists blindly, no matter how they spend their money, will come to the conclusion that this hypothesis is thin as water.
I primarily made most reports to A) get credit so that I can get info about other places and B) to single out some guys that I could meet in Davao. But for sure there is also that little "wannabeseen" on the shoulder at times.
But what drives so established and senior guys as you to pitch in the time, even for the ones clearly not that attractive to attract? Is it a way to dream yourself back to the land of unlimited punnani?

Sampagita is I think better
Tower Inn sounds like the place for me. I was strongly considering RKG but when you wrote that it has a inconvenient location AND it is 25 min. away from the action, that is too much for me. I have to be right in the middle of the action. Anything over five minutes away from the action is too much for me when on vacation. You mentioned earlier that RKG had a pool, does Tower Inn have a pool and/or gym or exercise facilities also? As I wrote earlier, I have to exercise everyday (other than sex) or I'll go crazy.
I think you might be better off at Sampagita than Tower, only because the place just built a new annex, and it's likely to be cleaner and somewhat nicer. It's in the same general area as Tower Inn, and both are more than five minutes walk from the action as described by DS at least if you're going on foot. The walk from either Sampagita or Tower in to Rizal St. is a bit far and you are far better off spending the Php30-40 for a taxi, though I guess you could walk it in about 20-25 minutes.
