This is my first time in Warsaw. I didn't have enough time to prepare properly so I had to fast browse through posts on this forum. If you read the hotel's rules, you will see that the persons who stay in the room between 10PM and 7AM (if I remeber well) should be checked in. That should mean that from 7AM to 9PM you may receive people in your room without any problems.
