Avg cost for B2 B - 1-2 k, FS - 2-5 k some therapist ask bomb, just don't take extra service from them. Whatever they quote just reduce it by 50% means try to negotiate.

Yes I agree that it's so perfect for mongering. They have a sister branch hotel also right across the road to the left. That's also awesome for fun.
