Sex is an essential part of our life so treat it as such. It's not an over the counter medicine so don't go to any chain pharmacy or brand because they will ask for prescription.

If you want it online, there are so many apps but I prefer Pharmeasy as it offers free doctors consultation (more of a formality only). In Faridabad I get all my medicines within 1 day every time.

You normally consume it before the action 30 minutes to 1 HR (check online scientific website or doctor), You can also ask your Pharmeasy consulting doctor about suitable dose for you, but 30 MG is pretty standard I believe. It all depends on the individual. I use only one phone and request mongers to respect my privacy and not message or call outside office hours.
