These things are amazing, and sex for me won't be anywhere near as good when I run out of them.
Is there a big condom store anywhere?

Sex accessories store
What's a good place in BKK for a wide variety of fetish clothing (fuck me boots, nurses outfits, etc...) and other fun things (leather cuffs, chokers, etc...)? Quality more important than price.
Maybe it has something to do with you being bionic.
Seriously, I realize some people got the stank naturally more than others, but if you stink that bad after a few minutes after showering, think how bad it'd be if you didn't shower.
LOL, that is very occasional indeed (thanksgod!), it is not 'that' bad, but it is still surprising that this comes jsut after a shower. But as MP Lurker put it afterwards, cleaning helps a lot, of course, but the odour is really generated whilst we might just think it is in the surfece of the skin due to sweating (excercise, heat or.... guess what?). My point was that experience proves the odour is not necessarily just wiped away by a shower.
Anyhow... enough said...this subject starts to stink :)
Mick Licker/MP Lurker/Whatever You're Calling Yourself These Days, the major factor is diet. Take the time to ask your Asian contacts in Oz about how foodstuffs such as dairy, etc and other lifestyle changes have affected their levels of body odour/static charge/so-on and so-forth.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Westerners buttering up to Thai prejudices are pathetic and nauseating. And not only that, they are usually more disliked by the bigoted locals they are trying to impress than the people they are trying to ridicule :D.
Tt,
You are funny and the 2nd paragraph is not even worth commenting on.
Sure Asians may experience a change in body odour when they change their diet. But they are very sensitive to these things. Some westerners wouldn't notice any change whatsoever. Diet has an effect, sure, but its not the "major" factor. My friend can reek of onions on occasions but that was mainly a mouth odour. Another mate reeked of garlic after eating Indian food. Maybe I would have less B. O., after heavy activity if I didn't eat dairy.
But the producer of the odour is those glands and the number, size of them and amount of secretion is far more influencing than the diet. East Asians hardly have them! This biological info can easily be found on the internet.
its known scientifically that the acrid stench (or fragrant smell - to some people ;)) in human armpits and genital areas, arseholes, and a few other minor locations is due aprocrine sweat glands.
the level of smell is likely to be influenced by the person's frequency and skill in cleaning, diet, health, stress level, medication and especially genetics (which is unfortunately racially influenced).
in technical terms, it depends on just how densely populated are these apocrine glands and how big they are including the size of the opening, and how much stuff they secrete, and bacteria levels. the smell is actually caused by bacteria that can enter the apocrine glands. washing on the outside cannot get rid of bacteria that have entered the gland.
yellow armpit stains are caused by aprocrine sweat glands.
for many people having a good shower with lots of soap or cleansing lotion can do the trick (if the secreting has largely stopped), but for others this is not enough, as the glands keep secreting smelling stuff at a great rate. medical assistence may be possible to reduce the bacteria levels.
east asians like chinese and thais are known to have very few aprocrine sweat glands (perhaps none in some persons) and have heaps of another variety (that everyone has), which don't smell. that's why they don't smell and are not used to body odours. some cultures are used to the body odours, as its very prevalent, and don't really notice it. the asians are very sensitive to it.
one day i got into a hotel lift with several very sweaty thai workman. no b.o. whatsoever. then a guest of the hotel got into the lift and we all almost feinted.
sorry, i was trying to keep this technical.
that's the way it is. us farangs have a problem that thais don't have until we go near them.
i wonder if the soapy mp surcharges for farangs are because some of us stink? might be one factor.
watch out guys. maybe no bbbj if your dick has overly active apocrine sweat glands (or if you just don't clean it enough).
i am not sure i agree with you about bo and east asians. ever got on the back of one of those motorbike taxis in bkk, vietnam cambodia etc when the driver has not showered for some time? it may well be that males generally stink more than females - certainly [CodeWord109] from men stinks far more than [CodeWord109] from women (which is why male toilets do smell). but to think that east asian or south east asian women do not smell if they have not washed is nonsense. esp the feet in some cases!

And your second paragraph wouldn't even be worth commenting on except for the fact that it contains so much silliness. It doesn't matter whether Asians are sensitive to the fact that their changes in diet affect their changes in body odour or not. And, like I stated, it's not only body odours that are affected by diet change: Talk to any expat Thai about their susceptibility to static shocks IN THAILAND when they return, and their problems with body odour and sweating both in farangland and Thailand after their changes in diet.
Maybe you are one of those pathetic, nauseating farang like Mick Licker/MP Lurker/ Whatever He Calls Himself These Days who likes to big himself up by doing down other farang to local Thais in his hopeless attempts to ingratiate himself to said Thais.
Old Thai Hand (who knows far more about Thailand than Mick Whatever Name ever will) wised up to this silly obsequiousness long ago, after initially falling foul to it. BTW, Mick, you avoided the accusations levelled at you wrt the OTH banning. Were you one of the two "very senior posters" who complained about OTH?
One trick to prevent odor is to keep your public hair trimmed as short as possible.
Loved the typo :-). But yes, I agree. Not that you want to know this, but before I go to Thailand I always ensure my body hair (and I'm by no means hairy) is trimmed to a minimum all over. I don't shave or wax as it wouldn't look natural. Along with regular showers that keeps me odour-free. And perhaps the girls might prefer a less hairy guy?

Story on Slate.com this week about how anti-bacterial soaps consistently fail any tests to see how effective they are in preventing illness. I guess they haven't done too many tests yet to see whether they're effective in preventing B.O. ;)
But the gist was that in terms of reducing sickness (H1N1 virus, flus, colds, etc.) they're a myth.

I haven't read the article, but viruses and bacteria are two completely different things. Anti-bacterial soap wouldn't have any impact on illnesses caused by viruses.

Coyote Clubs
Does anyone have experience (success) in the coyote clubs? I do not mean bars on Soi Cowboy that use coyote style, but rather the big places in Bangkok that have the big lineups of model-quality girls, as can be seen on youtube.
Are there a few of these that can be recommended?
How do you play it? Is it really difficult to pick up there?
What are prices like if you do succeed?
I'm guessing it's not that easy, otherwise there'd be a lot more talk about them here.
There's one of these places featured in that Nicholas Cage movie Bangkok Dangerous, the Caribbean club (which apparently really exists).
Some vids:

Of course. But there are some viruses that are spread by touch (hands to mouth/nose) and for those, washing does supposedly help, and probably the anti-bacteria component is a non-factor -- rather its the act of washing that does it. For air-borne viruses (liquid particles carried by air, breathed or swallowed in) it's obviously completely inefective.

I too am a big fan of Nicholas Cage's movie Bangkok Dangerous, the Caribbean Club is very real as it did exist until last year when it closed. Clubs like this exist primarily for weathy Thais or long term expatriates. Usually involve steep membership dues. See link below:

Thai's do like stage shows at all levels from the Tawan Dang german/thai restaurant on Rama III or the Hollywood disco on Ratcha. Much cheaper, but not pickup places. G-Clubs are a whole nother level for big buck business thai's and Japanese. Mostly for impressing business clients and gaining business influence. Bring lots of Baht or keep to Soi Cowboy or NEP.
