Coming from out of town, went to the well-renowned Golden Dragon (Jing Long in Mandarin) over the weekend with a buddy of mine. Had to literally drag him there as he was worn out from the previous night. While we were on the first floor checking out the small sign talking about the 18 saunas, one of the hotel employees came over to ask us what we were looking for. We said we were here for massage and he escorted us to the elevator. Once we hit the 6th floor, another employee came over to talk to us. We weren't exactly sure what was going on so an employee that can speak Korean comes over to my friend and starts speaking fluent Korean. He shows us the menu and apparently there are different prices for FS depending on where the girl is from. If my memory serves me correctly, Taiwanese and Koreans are the most expensive, followed by white people and Southeast Asians, followed by Chinese. So afterwards we go into the locker room area and change into towels and have a quick shower and jump into the hot tub thing with the phallic looking thing penetrating the vag looking thing in the middle.
After what seems like forever and me passing out in the hot tub pool because I'm super tired from the past couple days, the lights dim and then these club type lights start up. Beyond the hot tub pool is a corridor with a stage on the second floor where girls in black bikinis come out and dance and eventually take off all their clothes which is a nice prelude to what will come next. During this time, the korean speaking employee tells my friend that we should pick the girl we like quickly as they go quickly. So out come the girls. An endless lineup of girls. The 2 girls I got were both 700s, one was Chinese, the other was Vietnamese, and they went for $1,888 each. From what I understand, the higher the number, the hotter the girls are and the more they're willing to do. 100s are straight massages, I think. 800s are considered "versatile" girls who drip hot wax on you and use handcuffs.

Rio is pretty nuch the same: higher number such as 800 series = "Model type"
That means all and nothing, Certainly stunners by the look.
There are also the "exotic" at that price level anyhow, ie blacks or CIS/caucasian.
My feeling is that they tend to over-rate the girls of the showtime/parade.

Been here in Macau for two days now, and based on numerous reviews, I decided to try Golden Sauna and Sauna e Massagem Familia Nobre for my first two outings… Both were very good, but they are different in some significant ways. Here are the details.
The best points about Golden:
1. It’s a great place for lighthearted fun and the shear pleasures of being teased. About every hour and a half, the show comes on. You can't miss it, because first they turn the relaxation area into a disco (turning on the disco lights and music, and turning off the tvs). Then after a couple of songs, out come the girls – around 20-25 of them. They line up to be seen, and then one stands in front of each customer. On cue, they do a variety of things, like giving a mini-lap dance, or rubbing their tits on your chest, fondling you through your briefs, etc. After about 30 seconds of each part of the routine, they switch to give you a taste of 3 or 4 of them. The really good version of that comes at 11:30 pm (at least that’s the one I saw; it may happen again at some other time as well). They lower the lights and all the girls come out topless. Then they circulate as before, but go further, including a finale in which they give you a brief teaser BJ… All that was fun, but frankly it was purely a tease and fun, nothing more. I found that some of the girls showed their distaste for or worries about dealing with foreigners (one would not look me in the eye at all; and the one who gave me the mini-BJ thought it was very funny to use her teeth and pretend to be biting my dick rather than doing anything too interesting. Nonetheless, it was fun and probably the best part of Golden.
2. The girls: all seemed eminently doable to me. I could have lived with management selecting for me, but when I discussed that option with the fellow who was explaining things to me, he seemed to be saying that if I chose the “Chinese Massage” they would give me a girl that I had not even seen – as if there was another group of them out back waiting to be sent for discount customers. I wasn’t sure if that was what he really meant or whether he had misunderstood my question, but I wasn’t willing to risk it. I considered chucking in an extra 200 MOP for a model, since there was one who really caught my eye (#323), but she couldn’t speak more than about 3 words of English, so I decided that I might not enjoy the experience as much as I would hope for… Instead, I chose 636, a really cute/hot Indonesian girl named Mona, because I was in the mood for someone I could converse with, and she is fluent in English (and did I mention that she is hot?). Turns out she is fluent in really good sex also – it was a very good experience, and she was responsive to my requests – it was not just a routine.
3. The prices. I walked out after having had a thigh massage (actually, a leg and vein massage they call it there), an hour sex massage, and a 45 minute “Shanghai Massage” (i.e., a real massage, no sex), and paid 1400 MOB all in, including free food and drinks.
The less good about Golden:
1. Somewhat pushy approach to the customer: When I walked in, I was ushered in so quickly that I didn’t have a chance to ask about prices; and the brochure they had (which you don’t see until well inside) was unclear (at least in English) about how it would work if I had multiple services… Clearly there was some discount I was given, because if I paid full price for everything I did according to the menu, I would have been charged 1613 MOP.
2. Upselling and pressure to buy more. The girls who give head and foot massages, manicures, etc., hang around and constantly pressure you to purchase something. I liked the manicure girls (cute young Vietnamese girls), but after a while I felt a little pestered by being asked the same question time after time. I noticed also that they would go over to guys who were sleeping and wake them up to offer their services. In general, I felt a lot more of a push to buy things at Golden than at Familia, and the behavior of the girls in being a bit pushy was clearly tolerated by management. Before making my selection, I was urged to do so a number of times, and once I did, I was immediately offered a VIP room – with no price mentioned despite my asking.
3. They don’t have body slide. (see below abut Familia).
Sauna e Massagem Familia Nobre:
The good: These are somewhat the mirror opposite of the bad points about Golden:
1. Not at all pushy – when I hesitated even slightly on coming in, they offered to bring a lienup of the girls out to me so I could decide whether to come in, and also offered to let me go inside to look. I was not really hesitating to go in, only wanted to scope the situation out a little at first… so I turned down those kind offers. They also explained the pricing system clearly to me, and it is clear in their brochure.
2. The same lack of pushiness applies inside – the foot massage guys, etc. offer once and then leave you alone. The attending staff stand off to one side of the room, ready to do whatever you want with just a slight gesture to them, but very unobtrusive otherwise. If Golden is somewhat like an amusement park, Familia is a much more sophisticated operation… obviously both have their place.
3. Girls - again, lots of really good looking girls. There were some among the group that I would not be interested in at all, so I would probably not let them select for me (they say the computer selects – my guess is according to who is chosen less frequently, but that is just my guess). They have one standing in the room where you change into the silky shorts… and she was a very very sexy Viet girl… couldn’t stop thinking about her while I was looking at the lineup, and sure enough, I ended up selecting her (#718).
4. The service – included in the hour service was a delicious body slide on an air mattress (almost as good as the Japanese soapies…), fire and ice BBBJ, and of course, very good FS.
5. Price – I walked out after having had a Shanghai massage as well as the Viet Massage, all the food and drinks I wanted, for 1588 MOP (so it is a little more expensive than Golden, but not a significant difference).
The bad about Familia – I can’t really think of anything… maybe it is too staid? If you are looking for a more laid back atmosphere and rousing fun time like at Golden’s show, maybe Familia won’t do it for you (though the girl was every bit as energetic and enthusiastic once we got to our room). But other than that I can’t think of much. Maybe the selection of girls wasn’t as good, but there were certainly enough that I found very attractive, so that was no problem.
Over all both are great places; I would probably go back to Familia before Golden, but that is just me. The only question is – where will I go on my last night in Macau!
