Yes, Brasilia is the capital of Brazil. Brazil has 27 states, each one with a capital. São Paulo is the capital of the state of São Paulo.
The reason I wrote "capital" was that I miss beaches in the capital São Paulo, even though the state São Paulo has several nice beaches.
It would surely be nice to explore São Paulo with you, and for sure a new experience to me when it comes to the standard of the puteiros. :)
