Not all foreign sex workers are scammers, as you can just as easily get scammed by any sex worker, including most notably Thai ones, be that in an established venue or a freelance at a venue or street pickup.

IMO, the key things to be aware of when picking a sex worker anywhere are under pricing and over promising.

Take some time to question the offer, to find comfort in rapport with the sex worker if possible to do so, and it pretty much always is possible.

If the offer is over sold to you as a hard sell of promises, or offered at what seems a heavily discounted price, well then the offer is hard to believe.

And most likely won't even come anywhere near to close to being delivered.

Also, if you do decide to take up the offer, then never ever ever pay upfront!

I am not you so it is not for me to judge your experiences. But I can assure you that as a fairly fit and presentable white guy although in my early 70's now I have experienced the exact same thing with all 4 of the African street girls I have sessioned with in Bangkok over the past 8 years or so. Only one African P4 P girl, a fifth one I booked on Tinder and not on the street, met but did not far exceed my expectations.

But why confine that phenomenon to only the African P4 P girls in Thailand? I can't. It is such a common potential problem in my and other punters' experiences many of us have terms for it; a "Yes in the Bar (or on the street or online, etc), No in the Room Girl. " Or sometimes a "Jeckyll and Hyde Transformation."

And it goes back 35+ years when I was coming to Thailand as a much younger white guy then too.

It's one of the reasons I might require an upfront agreement, a clear and unambiguous Yes, to a small handful of specific behaviors or no money after, such as:

DFK.

BBBJ for a few minutes.

DATY for a minute or two.

BBFSCIP.

No hurry or rush, I set the pace.

As long as the lady agrees to those behaviors and understands I will change my mind about paying her anything at all if she changes her mind about honoring that agreement, I pretty much don't care what her internal feelings and attitude are about the whole thing or how lackluster her demeanor in the room is compared to the backflips and howling at the moon she exhibited in the bar or on the street at the prospect of me taking her for a session.

But I'll be damned if some P4 P girls here still don't figure out a way to create an environment so dreary in the room compared to how they are before I decide to take them that I might abort the mission anyway but in that case still pay them something. LOL. They are brilliant at some skills, crappy at others.

I would also say the most brilliant at the Yes in the Room, No in the Bar or Jeckyll and Hyde Transformation skills over the years here have been African girls and Vietnamese girls.

That being said, before condemning an entire cohort of providers, consider the relatively small sample size. In Thailand, I have tried a sprinkling of Viets, Cambodians, Africans (multiple countries), Uzbeks, Azerbaijani, Burmese and Laotian girls. Some nationalities I have tried more than others, but none would I consider a large enough sample size that I would conclude ALL of that nationality is "obviously" bad based on a few encounters.

Although everybody will handle situations their way, my approach to foreign sex workers is to assume that they will be a bit more mercenary than locals. Like the Viets, Africans and "Stan" girls on Soi 4, they have been trafficked into Thailand and are typically under much more pressure to get customers and monetize their stay within the time constraints of their visa. This can lead to some behaviors (rushed service, skimped service, etc) that may need to be managed. For example, if the girl that KW had started blabbing on her phone or other nonsense like not taking a shower, I would promptly walk out the door of my short time hotel before she knew what was happening. I am also quite careful to align up front any dealbreaker services I expect (kissing, BBBJ, etc) and make no assumptions that friendliness on the street translates into the provision of particular services in the bed. For example, no matter how much a seemingly horny Soi 4 Viet girl is tweaking my nipples with one hand and pointing to Nana Condo with the other hand, I will never assume that certain BB services are on the menu unless confirmed otherwise. I make it my responsibility to manage that up front, otherwise any disappointment is my accountability. For consideration. Enjoy, AR.

There's no meaningful way to get any service guarantees upfront, but if the vibe is off, feel free to call it off. You can do a few small tests while on your way to the room. Yes, you are completely right about making a clear and detailed agreement before taking a working woman to the room. (I make it clear, that she must kiss in mouth. She must suck without condom. And she must ensure, as sex action should not be under 1 hour.).

After the last scam of that African working woman, I never had any issues with any working woman, as I never ever rush again to take a working woman to my room.
