Do you guys think things will calm down enough to be making trips to Cartagena in mid August?
I know none of you are probably medical experts (and even they probably wouldn't know) but I'm just seeing dirt cheap ticket prices from LA in August and I'm so tempted to buy.
Ugh.

Ugh.
It's impossible to tell without looking at existing data and making an educated guess. China had the first case December 31st 2019. We're almost three months after and they're starting to open up. The earliest this starts to subside is June. However, and this a big HOWEVER, China used some pretty draconian measures. Full lockdown. People being tracked by their cellphones. Street sweepers spraying everything. They basically went all in once their numbers spiked.
Colombia may avoid this all together if they acted quickly enough. Its impossible to tell because I don't believe they have done much testing or can do much testing. One thing to keep an eye on is reports of hospitalization and deaths there. I suspect in two weeks time they will know based on that.
The other side of this equation is your home country. The US is hurtling toward becoming the next Italy. Far too slow to react and isolate. Lockdowns are happening but I don't think fast enough.
Now lets assume by mid June the cases are in the decline in both the US and Colombia. You're still not taking into account how many businesses will be open in Cartagena. Will the Venezuelan border be open again? Anytime this year? That's a lot of Venezuelan pussy that would be locked out.
I wouldn't be booking shit right now. I'd wait until at least late May to see where things are headed. I don't think all countries will open up at once. We'll continue seeing travel restrictions for the rest of the year.

And yeah I'm almost more worried about getting back to America than I am of Colombia itself (the virus itself hasn't been as big an issue for Latin and South American countries so far but that perhaps could be due to lack of testing).
But the situation seems to get worse and worse each day in the states and my state (California) is one of the very worst for it.
I thought about booking if the airline company offered a free cancellation policy. However the cheap fare I saw was for Copa airlines. I've read that they may go bankrupt altogether soon so probably not a good idea to book with them anyway.
Spirit Air was offering really cheap flights starting in early June. I scored one and immediately cancelled after reading advice below.
June is really to early to expect normal travel and I don't want to be the first gringo who flies in from the US only to be self quarantined.
I am hoping for late July / August, best case.
Hey guys,
I was wondering can I just pay every girl I bang 20 USD. I want to do this to confuse the chick to thinking it's enough LOL. So I'll just hand them a 20 dollar bill and head out, can I do it?

The women know the exchange rate. They have seen US dollars before. They aren't stupid.

Why would I trust you? You asked an incredibly stupid question, you have no posting history and you've contributed nothing to indicate you have ever been to Colombia. Besides, if you're so experienced with Colombia and always pay 50 k or nothing at all", you'd realize that a $20 bill hasn't been worth less than 50 k for about 5 years. Why would you ask if you could get away with paying 80 k for girls you always get for 50 k?

Well since Sleezball has fouled up the forum and I don't have a goddamn thing to do its time for me to give up the report I owe you guys since all the info I got here really helped. I'm somewhat new to mongering, about 2.5 years. About a dozen trips to Hong Kong Club (I live in SD) and 3 trips to Cuba where I have 2 regulars whom I'm texting with a lot and several other HOT Cubanas as one timers. I went the last 8 days of January. First off you have to know that I had badly sprained my ankle on the last night of a Cuba trip 1. 5 months before. Luckily it was the last night of a great trip. Was drunk and stepped in a deep pothole on a dark street. Havana is dangerous that way but very safe otherwise. Thought about cancelling but went anyway, it was very painful to walk. Did a lot of swimming in the ocean for rehab. Arrived and settled in a luxury oceanfront condo in Boca first night about midnight. Since I was hurting and it was a long travel day decided to check out mileroticos. Looked at all of the chicas and picked out the hottest one. Texting with her and set it up for her to come by. So like half an hour late she says I'm downstairs. Go down and look around nothing but I had forgot my phone. Go back up text, she's there, go back down. Standing around get approached by a local tout, make small talk. I speak some Spanish. Finally a cab that had been parked nearby and must have been watching me pulls up and its a different girl so I'm pissed. She gets out and is a solid 8 but not my type, not a fan of silicone. I send her away but half to pay the cabbie 20 m because he looks like he is going to punch me if I don't. The tout comes over and says he can get me girls. I said you just saw what I did, I need a hot girl. He starts showing me pics and I say no to about 10 of them. Then I see 2 that I like and we exchange numbers and I call it a day.
Next night he comes by with M a Colombian and she fits the bill. Its 300 m for an hour. Up in the condo we get at it right away. She never mentions money, time or condoms. After she sucks me every way you could think of for about half an hour she suddenly mounts me without a condom. I couldn't say no. She ends up staying over 3 hours with 2 pops one in her mouth and one on her stomach. Never mention money, I pay her the 300, she counts out 100 in front of me puts it in one place and the rest in another. I ask is that 100 for the tout she says yes. I say next time its just between us and its 200. She agrees and we make a date for the night after tomorrow. M is the first girl in the pics, a solid 8 maybe 8.5.
Next night its L. A real pro and hot at least a 9. When I saw how hot she was I had security register her as a guest meaning she could come and go as she pleased from the building. She works strictly by phone and referrals. No street, clubs or online. You should have heard her work the phone. Wants to know what the guys do for a living and wants pictures of them Doesn't like Italians. She is more business than M and is a Vennie. Wants the 300 upfront and mentions time. Needs a condom for everything which I don't like. I always want that BBBJ. The sex is great and she stays 1. 5 hours. I ask and she is paying the tout 50. We exchange numbers. She says she can come back the next night but I tell her I have another girl coming over (M). She is like ohhh otra chica. About 2 hours later she is texting saying she can come back for TLN for another 300. I say 250 and she agrees. I think about it for a minute and realizing it was like 2 am and I was beat just wanted to sleep. Plus was not too happy about the covered BJ even though she was good at it. She sends a few more texts asking what up and I ignore them. I know she wants more and figure ignoring her is best to shape her up for next time. Next day after thinking about it I told security she was not a guest anymore and not to let her up. Was pissed about the covered BJ.
Night 3 I take M to dinner and we are getting along great. She ends up staying until 4 am when she has to leave because of the condo visitor rules. Never mentions money or condoms. We had all sorts of sex on and off for about 5 hours. After that insane session I just put 300 on the counter for her, she deserved the extra 100.
Night 4 I took a break. Had got a lot of sun and did a lot of swimming for the ankle which was killing me.
Day 5 I decide to text L after letting her think about it for a while. She offers up $300 for 24 hours full GFE. I throw out $250 and don't hear back from her. Since I am too injured to go hunting around and she is so hot I figure I'll give it a go. About an hour later the doorbell rings and its security saying L is downstairs and wants to come up. Just then my phone blows up and she is upset and wondering why security won't let her up, she knows the rules well. While I'm thinking about what to do with her the elevator door opens and its her with another guard. She has 2 large bags of stuff with her, walks over to me, looks up and is like don't you want me? I say alright come on in since you are here, it was classic. Ended up paying her for 2 days and she threw in the 3rd night on the house. We had fun. She is a smart girl. Finally did get the BJ sin condom the last 2 nights. I took her to Playa Blanca and nice dinners and lunches. It was nice to have company at meals, especially one that looked like her. Also ordered some delivery from Rappi and bought her a sexy bikini for the beach which was fun because I had her try on several for me in a little shop. We are in touch and I will be seeing her again.
To wrap up, I loved Cartagena so much I booked another trip for the end of April but of course all that fun is now cancelled.
OK can't seem to get the pics to upload, will try later. Was able to do it once on the Havana forum.

This is pretty interesting, I'm sure that it is shut down at this time. It is a bit like Santa Fe But Santa Fe has 50 x + more girls. And way Hotter. Hopefully will be back eventually.

The pics won't upload, the files are too large.
The pics won't upload, the files are too large.
I do not know what device you are using, but to get around that problem where the photo size is too large, I pull up the pic on my desktop and then take a screen shot with the Snipping Tool, the resulting file is small enough to upload to the forum.
