Washington DC — According to sources close to the Biden Administration, President Biden responded to seeing Trump's jump in poll numbers by ordering the FBI to raid his house too.
These orders come at a time when Biden's approval rating has reached record lows, due to 20 consecutive months of unfortunate disasters that allegedly had nothing to do with Biden or his policies, but were the fault of everyone else, especially Trump.
"Hey, FBI guys, I could use some of those higher poll numbers," wrote President Biden on a piece of paper before shoving it under the basement door in hopes that one of his handlers on the outside would deliver it to an FBI guy. "P. S. , I could also use another diaper change right about now. ".
At publishing time, Biden had instructed — via letters shoved under the door — that groundskeepers plant a few palm trees in the Rose Garden and that everyone call The White House by its new name, Mar-a-Lago, DC. . .
You sound like the guy who continues in his dead end job with a shlt boss bcos he can't believe that he could get a better job elsewhere.
Side Q. You don't even accept that Biden has brought about this huge economic world recession by lead the developed world in to a proxy war with Russia? Unbelievabkle dissonance.
Every now and then you read something so inconceivably idiotic. . .
Yes, it's America that's totally responsible for Russia's unprovoked and criminal war against Ukraine.
Yes, whenever Russia (and probably China by extension) throws a temper-tantrum, we must duck down and play dead.
How does America lead a "proxy war" against Russia? There are no troops and no NATO involvement in Ukraine. If anything, we are too cautious, too slow, too conservative in supplying Ukrainians who are dying in droves to protect Europe from hordes of mass murderers armed to the teeth.
It's the America First "patriots" like you and Drama Queen who 85 years ago enabled Hitler to massacre tens of millions in Europe by not letting Roosevelt act until it was almost too late. It took Germany to declare a war on the US to temporarily disband that evil cult of American isolationism, and yet it rears its ugly head over and over again. It doesn't matter to them that they've ALWAYS been on the wrong side of history.
Damn, what a gullible breed! (q).
Or worse.
USA has been fighting Russia / USSR since the end of WW2. Even after Glasnost, USA refused to accept Russia under normal international relations. It made promises to Russia not to expand NATO towards Russia in 1994, yet it has done so ever since. USA sponsored a Ukrainian coup in 2014 (under Dem, Obama) to remove a Russian-sympathetic president, replace it with US-puppets, and continues to support it ever since.
This is all true. The CIA literally overthrew a democratically-elected pro-Russian president in a violent coup in 2014 (a genuine armed insurrection, not just some unarmed people walking through open doors and taking selfies then going home) and ever since then the CIA Washington swamp puppet government has been oppressing Russian-speakers in the Ukraine by banning them from using their language, shutting down their TV stations and political parties, and shelling their towns.
But even that would not have driven Russia to invade. It was when the puppet government announced it was going to join NATO, which would have meant US military bases and nukes on the Russian border just a few miles from Moscow, that Russia was finally provoked a step too far. Now the Washington swamp is forcing Ukraine to fight to the last Ukrainian (except for Ukrainian Jews, who were all airlifted out to Israel by their fellow Jew Zelensky right at the start of the war) in order to keep their massive taxpayer-funded military-industrial complex grift going.
But the swamp has completely fucked up. Russia is winning the war and Putin's approval ratings have gone up, as has the value of the ruble. Russia has strengthened its alliances with China, India, Iran and others, and they are now working on a plan to supplant the US Dollar as the world's reserve currency. Russia, Iran and China have realized that they already have everything they need (food, fertilizer, raw materials, energy, manufacturing) and most of what America sells them (Netflix, Facebook, McDonalds) is shit that they are better off without. Most of Asia and Africa is turning toward them too, because they are sick of America trying to force globohomo feminism and faggotry on them and their kids.
And meanwhile we are $30 trillion in debt and growing.
What the swamp has done in the last 21 years could be called "How to screw up a seemingly impregnable position as world's top country". Things are going to get a lot worse in America in the years to come. But in the long long run, once we clear out the trash and rebuild, it will get better.

4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things.
[blue][Deleted by Admin][/blue]. Yes, you may have to respond to a subpoena, but you do not have to comply with it. Viliany and Eih do not care about civil rights because they do not live in the USA. They cheer on the government as they shred the Constitution.
A FBI subpoena in Trump's case would be a request for documents. Trump then would have the choice to hand over said documents or go to court and tell the court why he does not need to release them. If Trump goes to court, the FBI has to give a reason they need the records. Furthermore, whatever decision the magistrate or judge makes, that decision can be revoked by a higher court immediately.
The ONLY legitimate reason IMO to get a warrant versus use a subpoena is if there was evidence the records would be destroyed, but the FBI waited days after the warrant was signed to execute it and in doing so, they stepped on their dick.
The last sentence of the 4th amendment has come with the understanding that a warrant has to be limited in time, place, and scope, and this warrant was not so it is illegal. The whole purpose with the search restrictions was that you cannot go into the home of someone you do not like and look for something illegal. This warrant was for every document Trump looked at as president.
Now the question is what other parts were illegal. What was the probable cause? That is confidential. And the affidavit? Yeah, that is sealed too. And the warrant was signed by a magistrate who was anything but neutral. So everything was sleazy.
What you are hoping if you are the FBI is you can find something that Trump did that is so bad that all this illegal and inappropriate actions can be justified.
The FBI brought in 30 agents with machine guns to get pieces of paper. Maybe you can come up with an explanation of why the FBI did what it did, but I cannot, and neither can Matt Taibbi:
The timeline of leaked explanations of the raid is mind-boggling. Anonymous officials started by telling us the case was linked to Trump having "delayed returning 15 boxes of material requested by. The National Archives," then it was "classified documents relating to nuclear weapons," then it was fear Trump could reveal "sources and methods," then it was possible Espionage Act violations. By Saturday, former "national security prosecutor" Barb McQuade went on MSNBC to explain the "brilliant tactical move" of using the Espionage Act, since it doesn't "require the documents to be classified" (we'the been told all week this was about classified material). The next day, CBS published news of a joint FBI / DHS bulletin warning of "armed rebellion," "civil war," and a "dirty bomb attack," and the day after that, we were told FBI "filter agents" did, then didn't seize, then did again seize Donald Trump's passports, but returned them in the end.
One by one, these explanations have been shot down. Trump can declassify whatever he wants. The nuclear explanation makes no sense. The Feds waited nearly two years to retract that information? Why? And Trump refused to give those documents you wanted back so you had to come in with 30 armed agents? Trump denied holding back anything.
The only explanation that makes sense to me is this one, A report in Newsweek citing USA Intelligence officials has claimed that one of the main purposes of the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago was to find documents that President Trump had collected and intended to use as proof to put to bed once and for all the Russian collusion conspiracy theory.
Bill Maher was trying to say that Republicans saying defunding the FBI is hypocritical because they are the law and order party. I would say to Bill, "Where have you been? The FBI has broken the law time and again. " It is so obvious that The FBI leadership is a de facto wing of the Democratic party.
Then he said Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray were good guys who would only do this if necessary. Yes, the same Merrick Garland who called Virginia parents terrorists, and the same Chrisopher Wray who let Russiagate go forward and had the FBI sit on Hunter Biden's laptop during Ukrainegate.
I would not be shocked to see Democrats be befuddled at that last comment. Yes, the FBI had Hunter Biden's laptop the whole time Ukrainegate was going on. The guy who turned in the laptop to the FBI said that he thought he was doing the right thing in bringing an obvious criminal to justice has since said the FBI's role with keeping the laptop was protecting the Bidens.
Back to Taibbi: Moreover, they'll have guaranteed that the next Republican who wins the White House, if such a thing is allowed again, will tug at every rein of power to prevent ever having to leave and risk this kind of prosecution.
If such a thing is allowed to happen again? WTF?
What I have noticed is the Democrats start a brand new kind of abuse, and the Republicans strike back 10 x as hard. And so before you start thinking the FBI is only going after Trump and not you, what makes you think that it will stay that way? What makes you think a partisan Republican FBI or LE will not trash the 4th amendment like they did with Trump and come after you as Democrats? Wouldn't you prefer that lawyers hash things out in a courtroom versus via armed officers with machine guns?
And the reason Trump's poll numbers were up must be confusing Dems, so let me help you out there. I am not voting for Trump in 2024 but voting for the Constitution and against a hyperpartisan FBI that I think only Trump might be able to fix. You Dems should be more upset about the FBI trashing the Constitution than getting Trump, but I know you are not, and that is why I HAVE to vote for him.
You love government. In fact, if I were to ask a Democrat how the CDC performed with Covid, I would imagine they gave them an A. Thing is I trashed the government so badly people started calling me Elvirus. I was particularly incensed at Colombia implementing a worthless travel ban harming the people of Colombia for no scientifically proven reason.
The CDC did not beat Covid. They surrendered to it. https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/covid-here-stay-cdc-concedes-after-two-years-orwellian-hysteria.
"Covid Is Here to Stay," CDC Concedes After Two Years Of Orwellian Hysteria.
So yeah, all the masking, hand sanitizers, social distancing, lockdowns, and vaccines did not do shit, but if you love government, you just blow this off, "Hey, they were trying to help. " Is that an excuse for being this wrong? And with me, was I trying to hurt people by saying this the last 2 years?
And here is another one: It's Over: CDC Says People Exposed To COVID No Longer Need To Quarantine. https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/cdc-says-people-exposed-covid-no-longer-need-quarantine-deemphasizes-regular-testing-except.
For those of you who do not know, I said the way Covid should be handled is you avoid sick people. I was told by some fool that would not cut it. Two years later, the CDC is saying the same thing.
And the CDC was not honest about how safe the vaccine was. https://www.zerohedge.com/medical/cdc-admits-it-gave-false-information-about-covid-19-vaccine-surveillance.
CDC Admits It Gave False Information About COVID-19 Vaccine Surveillance.
And another one: Federal Government To Stop Paying For COVID Shots, Tests, & Treatments.
https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/federal-government-stop-paying-covid-shots-tests-and-treatments
Pfizer and Moderna racked up $79 billion in Covid vaccine sales in 2021 alone, the Journal reports, with sales juiced by public health officials' false claims of efficacy, coupled with coercive vaccination requirements imposed by governments, schools and employers.
And who could forget this?
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/11/09/covid-vaccines-pfizer-ceo-says-people-who-spread-misinformation-on-shots-are-criminals.html
Pfizer CEO says people who spread misinformation on Covid vaccines are 'criminals'.
And now there is this:
https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory/pfizer-ceo-tests-positive-covid-19-mild-symptoms-88403251
Pfizer CEO tests positive for COVID-19.
Sigh, here we go again with another blowhard who knows all about Covid like Fauci and Biden and he gets sick with Covid. Yeesh.
If Fauci, Biden, and this Pfizer CEO were allowed to be sued for what they said about Covid, they would be sued into the next century but because they are protected, you dumb Dems think they are fine. You Dems cannot wait to throw away our freedoms as long as it shows you care, I. E. Virtue signaling. If you are a Dem, you do not care about freedom. You care if the government "likes" you.
Not only has the USA government tossed our freedoms, they made it okay for foreign countries to trash theirs. I flew back from Mexico City last week and everyone on the plane had a mask. I have flown Spirit and United back and the first thing we do is get in the plane and take off the mask but not on Aeromexico. I guess the Mexican government and Aeromexico has not gotten the memo that the war against Covid has been lost / surrendered.
When the government took us into lockdowns for political purposes, they did not allow the immune systems of children to develop, and there have been explosions of a different type of virus, RSV, to cause pandemics, so the notion that lockdowns did no harm, and they clearly did with this and mental health, was complete bullshit.
The government's war on Covid gets a F from me. In the end, they did no good whatsoever and caused enormous harm. It sickens me that those who performed so poorly are not being held liable for being so wrong.

The people who are doing this are bolsheviks. Literally, if you look at their ethno-religious background, it is the same as most of the bolsheviks who caused such untold horrors and bloodshed in Russia 100 years ago. Trotsky, Sverdlov, Zinoviev, Kamenev, Uritsky, Sokolnikov, Kaganovich and others then. Garland, Schiff, Schumer, Nadler, Zucker, Zuckerberg, and many more in the swamp now.
100 years ago they used their "law enforcement", known initially as the Cheka then the NKVD (the FBI of its day) to terrorize, raid and drag away their political opponents in the middle of the night.
And not only the high ranking opponents. Anyone from any group they took a dislike to. They had a vast network of prison camps known as The Gulag Archipelago. Read or listen to the Solzhenitsyn book, it's an eye-opener. As Donald Trump said, "they're not coming after me. They're coming after you. I'm just in the way. ".
If they manage to destroy Trump and other serious high-level opponents, there will be nobody to stop them forcing through more rigged elections, the destruction of the Second Amendment, followed by the destruction of groups that they hate, such as straight white men. Any pushback will be dealt with by their "law enforcement", as it was 100 years ago in Russia.
Soviet citizens had all kinds of "rights" on paper, but everyone knew they were just goyim to do as they were told or face the gulag. That is the situation these latter-day bolsheviks want in America.

See, lazy Do Nothings like Trump join up with a political party, the Repubs, that think it's cool to hate government and refuse to fund it and use it for the good of its citizens. Which is fine if your "government" is a monarchy or a dictatorship.
But seeing how the USA government is of, by and for the American people, going to war against the American government, as the Repub Party has done since at least Reagan, is going to war against the American people.
Which explains the consistent crap results FOR the American people that we invariably get from Repub economic and National Security decisions and stewardship.
The consistent crap results isn't about bad luck, weird economic cycles or conspiracies against them. It is what the Repub Party sees as their entire goal and mission, the only thing they know how to do and want to do. Because they hate this government of, by and for the American people.
So far, every former Trump Admin offical agrees and none has said otherwise; moron Trump's claim is ludicrous, fictional, BS nonsense.
Oh, and there is no "magic wand" option:
....
But 18 former top Trump administration officials tell CNN they never heard any such order issued during their time working for Trump, and that they believe the claim to be patently false.
Several officials laughed at the notion. One senior administration official called it "bullsh*t." Two of Trump's former chiefs of staff went on the record to knock down the claim.
"Nothing approaching an order that foolish was ever given," said John Kelly, who served as Trump's chief of staff for 17 months from 2017 to 2019. "And I can't imagine anyone that worked at the White House after me that would have simply shrugged their shoulders and allowed that order to go forward without dying in the ditch trying to stop it."
....
'It can't just be an idea in his head'
Even if Trump had sought to broadly declassify documents, there is a specific process that the president is supposed to follow, the officials said. Declassification must be memorialized and includes careful reviews and notifying agencies such as the CIA, NSA, Department of Energy, State Department and Defense Department.
....
And a source familiar with White House records and declassification said Trump's claim was "laughable" and that if any such order existed, it was "Trump's best kept secret."
Multiple sources said they believed that Trump's claim the documents were declassified was nothing more than a transparent attempt to try to defend himself for taking the documents to Mar-a-Lago.
"There is a process to declassify, the president can't just wave a magic wand," a former senior Trump White House official said.
