Simply get your driver to take you over to the real Khmer pub street around 8 pm and hit all the KTV's to pick out your lady. The hotel receptionist explained that going with these Vietnamese groups who are illegal, without ID, is a huge risk and many men in the past have gotten in trouble with the gangs which traffic them in. Apparently the Vietnamese have a bad reputation among the Cambodians for not having having the best morals. Better to stick with the Cambodian girls or girls with identification from another country. Going to an illegal spot with the managers you have no protection if things do not work out.
